ELASTOSIL® eco 4100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as sanitary applications. ELASTOSIL® eco 4100 is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® RT 773 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 773 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The compressible silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 140°C (284°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL N199 TRANSPARENT is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N199 Transparent exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates with high tear strength. It is a multipurpose adhesive and sealant for the electronics industry, with typical uses for CIPG- and FIPG-applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/40 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (Trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

ELASTOSIL® LR 3004/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3004 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3092/65 A/B is a paste-like, two-component liquid silicone rubber with short curing times. The vulcanizates are noted for good mechanical properties and excellent heat resistance within a temperature range of -55°C to +210°C, and for a short time up to 300°C. Low compression sets can be achieved after post-curing.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3004/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3004 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/20 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3011/50 FR A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness. Good heat resistance, low compression set, short curing times, and non-abrasive behavior in the LIM process are further benefits of this material.

LUMISIL® LR 7601/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The vulcanizates obtained from this material are known for their exceptionally high optical transparency, as well as their outstanding mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/60 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W is a flowable, one-part, heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 601 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It has a two-part formulation with a 9:1 mixing ratio. This product features low viscosity, medium cured hardness, and excellent tensile strength. The vulcanizate obtained is crystal clear and highly transparent. It is suitable for various applications such as all-round potting compound and the manufacture of molded articles through casting.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® S 699 A/B is a slightly self-leveling, 2-part silicone rubber used for molding applications. It is addition-curing and quickly cures at elevated temperatures, resulting in a permanently flexible and low-density vulcanizate that can be easily ground. Vulcanized ELASTOSIL® S 699 A/B offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, heat, and sunlight. The cured silicone rubber can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, sunlight, and temperatures as high as 200°C (392°F) without damage.

WACKER® 405 is a high-quality silicone sealant that offers exceptional adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. Specifically designed for construction, glass and window building, and industrial applications, this one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus sealant provides reliable performance. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 405 undergoes curing, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® N 2076 is a flowable, one-part silicone rubber for coating and encapsulation applications. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good heat resistance and excellent flame retardant properties. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® N 2076 shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

SILRES® K is a solution of a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin in toluene. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® K is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® K has a very low carbon content and thus yields a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® K show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® K also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.
