Acculam™ Epoxyglas Cowskin comprised of an epoxy resin binder, woven glass substrate and tough outer skins for improved surface wear resistance.This material has high mechanical strength in both dry and wet conditions. It is engineered as a carrier material in the polishing of hard disk drives and silicone chips. Its tough outer skins protect against exposing abrasive glass fibers and extend normal carrier life by more than five times.

Toray Toray Cetex® TC1200 is a high-end thermoplastic composite material, utilizing the semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer PEEK for excellent mechanical performance. The long-standing use of PEEK in demanding Applicationss such as aerospace and cutting edge medical Applicationss proves its benefits and versatility. As a composite material it offers outstanding mechanical performance, also at elevated temperatures. The semi-crystalline nature of the resin ensures an excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents, and an equally superior performance in flammability properties. Toray Cetex® TC1200 is available in UD tape, fabric prepreg, and RTL formats (reinforced thermoplastic laminate). RTLs can be equipped with lightning strike protection, and carbon reinforced RTLs can be supplied with a thin glass top layer to protect a partly metallic assembly against galvanic corrosion. Gilliner® 1366B and 1366E are high impact resistant grade liners constructed of woven E- and S-glass cloth with a polyester resin system to optimize strength, weight and cost. This product offers superior mechanical properties and higher strength-to-weight ratio compared to all E glass constructions. 1 mil. white polyvinyl fluoride film overlay on the face side is included for Gilliner® 1366E.

TC350™ Plus laminates are ceramic filled PTFE-based woven glass reinforced composite materials providing a cost effective, high performance, thermally enhanced material for the circuit designer. With a thermal conductivity of 1.24W/ mK, this next generation PTFE-based laminate is ideally suited for higher power microwave and industrial heating applications requiring higher maximum operating temperatures, low circuit losses, and excellent thermal dissipation within the circuit board. Additionally, the advanced filler system used enables the composite to have much improved mechanical drilling performance when compared with other competitive laminates. This will result in lower manufacturing costs during circuit board fabrication.

G200 has Blending Bismaleimide/Triazine (BT) and epoxy resin which provides G200 with enhanced thermal, mechanical and electrical performance over most epoxy materials. G200 possesses performance characteristics that make it an excellent selection for large panel size, high layer count Printed Wiring Boards (PWB).

TC350 is a woven fiberglass reinforced, ceramic filled, PTFEbased composite for use as a printed circuit board substrate. TC350 is designed to provide enhanced heat-transfer through “Best-In-Class” thermal conductivity, while reducing dielectric loss and insertion loss. Lower losses result in higher Amplifier and Antenna Gains/Efficiencies.

Tufnol Grade 10G/24 is a laminated plastic sheet material manufactured from modified phenolic resin with a woven glass fabric reinforcement. It exhibits good electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, exceptionally good fire properties and excellent weather resistance.

RT/duroid® 6035HTC high frequency circuit materials are ceramic filled PTFE composites for use in high power RF and microwave applications.

Isola’s IS410 has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 180°C and is specially formulated for superior performance through multiple thermal excursions, passing 6X solder tests at 288°C. IS410 is optimized for enhanced drilling performance allowing high aspect ratio holes of ≤10 mils. Its unique resin chemistry provides CAF resistance with the benefit of long-term reliability of boards built with small feature designs.

DiClad laminates are woven fiberglass/PTFE composite materials for use as printed circuit board substrates. Using precise control of the fiberglass/PTFE ratio, DiClad laminates offer a range of choices from the lowest dielectric constant and dissipation factor to a more highly reinforced laminate with better dimensional stability

RO4835T™ laminates are 3.3 Dk low loss, spread glass reinforced, ceramic thermoset materials that were designed as inner-layers for use in multilayer board designs, and to complement RO4835™ laminates when thinner cores are needed.

55LM is an epoxy laminate and prepreg system, reinforced with non-woven aramid fiber, with substantially lower moisture absorption compared with conventional epoxy/aramid products, even in high-humidity environments.

VOLTIS® Hgw RO 42 (PF CC 42) is a Round molded phenolic cotton fabric laminate rod with high toughness for mechanical applications.

35NQ is a pure polyimide laminate and prepreg system. Reinforced with woven Quartz fabric, combining the advantages of a reduced cure cycle, high temperature polyimide system (Tg >/=250°C), with low dielectric constant and loss tangent (DK = 3.5, loss 0.009 at 1 MHz) for applications requiring operation at RF/Microwave frequencies. Polyimide Quartz materials also exhibit reduced in-plane CTE for expansion matched SMT applications.

Acculam™ Siliglas G7 comprised of a high performance silicone resin and a woven fiberglass substrate. It qualifies to NEMA G-7 and MIL-I-24768/17.This material has high heat resistance, low dissipation factor, and excellent arc resistance. It is flame resistant with low smoke evolution, and meets the needs of Class "H" insulation. It is used in high frequency telecom equipment, transformers and items subjected to high heat.

Vetronite® EGS 619 is composed of epoxy matrix and glass fabric reinforcement. it appears in Light green color with EP GC 202 FR-4 Standards.

185HR laminate and prepreg materials are manufactured using Isola’s patented technology, reinforced with electrical grade (E-glass) glass fabric. This system delivers a 340°C decomposition temperature, a lower Z-axis expansion and offers lower loss compared to competitive products in this space. The 185HR system is also laser fluorescing and UV blocking for maximum compatibility with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, optical positioning systems and phot imageable solder mask imaging.

Gillfab® 1137 is a light weight and flexible liner made from nylon cloth reinforced nylon and epoxy resin.

Gillfab® 1368 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face and/or back side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.
