This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.5 mm and good flow capability. LEXAN CFR9111 is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ FR Resin ENH4550 is a 25% glass-reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) injection-moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0 at 0.30mm and 5VA at 2.0mm flame rating, making it a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN EXL8423RCC is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. Added features of this grade include: Medium Flow, Colorable, Low Temperature Ductility and 20% Post Consumer Recycle (PCR) content. This grade is suitable for applications that require improved esthetics and wider color space to overcome restricted color space of traditional PCR grades.

Added features of this grade include: Improved Plating Surface and Mechanical Performance suitable for Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) applications, Improved Impact, Good Surface Esthetics, Wide Processing Window and Colorable.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C). It contains an internal mold releases. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. XHT5141 is a high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer with a haze onset of 185C. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.
