This injection moldable grade exhibits high elongation and high stiffness along with temperature performance, impact resistance, hydrolytic and dimensional stability. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PCN2910 resin is a 35% glass fiber and mineral reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2.3mm, V0 at 3mm, and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ PCN2910 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low specific gravity, and Low Warpage. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications where high modulus and tight tolerance molding are required.

LNP LUBRICOMP RFL36XXY compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N1050 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade was designed for improved dimensional stability and flow. This grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with impact strength, very low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and good electrical properties. NORYL™ N1050 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications requiring electrically insulating properties, low moisture absorption and low warpage.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 is an 85 MVR high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer enabling high esthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRIN EXL7414B polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade with major component synthesized from Bio source. This resin offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40ºC), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard PC. ELCRIN EXL7414B resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC 62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX678 resin is a conductive, high performance non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic and powder coat painting, and it is UL 5VA rated with a non-brominated, non-chlorinated FR package. NORYL GTX678 resin exhibits an excellent balance of conductivity, high heat resistance, good ductility, and is heat stabilized. This material is an excellent candidate for non-automotive painted applications such as office furniture, PVC/metal replacement, lighting ballast housings / enclosures, and appliance exteriors. SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRES XD2131 is a polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with excellent low temperature (-40C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and shorter injection molding cycle time compared to standard PC. ELCRES XD2131 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as consumer electronics (CE) and adjacent applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

LNP KONDUIT DTK22 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing minerals. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive and Electrically Insulative.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7636C is available in diffusion colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

LEXAN LUX7630C is available in transparent natural colors only.
