SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN BFL4000U Polycarbonate (PC) is an injection moldable non-chlorinated/brominated, unfilled, flame retardant grade with high flow. It is UV stabilized, light reflective and has an MVR of 22 (300°C/1.2kg) and a UL94 V0@1.5mm.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2300R is a standard flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. The material is opaque and can be custom colored.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010P200 Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) powder. This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 200 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 450 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It has a lower molecular weight than 1000P200. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimension properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS Compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UX05051 compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing glass fiber and PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized, Flame Retardant, Hot Water Moldable, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP SCP36 compound is based on Nylon 12 resin containing 30% carbon fiber, 15% PTFE/silicone. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant, Electrically Conductive.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP KONDUIT PX11313 compound is based on Nylon 6 resin containing mineral and glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive, Electrically Insulative and Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 provides solutions for small to medium-sized, professional-grade capacitors, up to 10 microfarads in capacitance, to meet challenging industry requirements. The film exhibits stable properties across a range of temperatures (-40°C to +150 °C) and frequencies, including stable capacitance, good insulation resistance, a stable dielectric constant (Dk), and a low dissipation factor (Df). ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 has been validated by customers for use with both film-foil and metalized electrodes, including flat aluminum, heavy edge/light body, and fused/patterned electrode designs. It also offers excellent handling through metallization, winding, and capacitor squashing/flattening. Capacitors using this film are capable of passing industry-standard 260°C reflow soldering processes. It is available in 4, 5, 7, and 10-micron gauges and sold in 620mm x 5000m size rolls.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer CFR7431 is a non-filled, injection-moldable resin with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm and a 5VA rating at 3.0 mm. It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. Available in both clear transparent and tinted color options, this resin is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL1112 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers good low temperature (-20 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1112 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Added feature of this material are: non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant with UL V0 & 5VB flame rating, improved heat resistance, balanced flow and impact. This grade is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including appliances, lighting and electrical. SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2220 is a high-flow resin with a 20% glass fiber reinforcement made from polyetherimide. This material is RoHS compliant and inherently flame retardant, without the need for any flame retardant additives, and offers a UL94 V0 rating at over 0.5 mm. It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

LNP LUBRICOMP CL002 compound is based on Polystyrene (PS) resin containing 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

LNP THERMOCOMP UF008AR compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin, containing 40% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Mold Release.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL1213T is a transparent injection molding grade based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. This grade offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics, excellent processability and good chemical resistance. It is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9134 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a UV stabilized high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40 deg C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9134 resin is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ LF008EX1 compound is based on Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin containing 40% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: High Modulus and Strength, Easy Molding and Low Warpage.

XHT5146 is a high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer with a haze onset of 185C. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. High flow ULTEM for thin wall application

LNP THERMOCOMP UF00AAS compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 50% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-LOY D3000IEU6 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) Copolymer that has been designed towards ATEX compliant applications requiring antistatic. The material has an optimized balance between surface resistivity and impact strength retention after hydro aging, and has excellent low temperature impact. The material is available in a wide range of dark and light colors, including UV stabilization. SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH2315 is a reinforced, 30% glass fiber-filled amorphous thermoplastic polyimide resin that offers an extremely high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to the highest temperatures, as well as very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material. It is also inherently flame retardant, achieving UL94 V0 ratings at 0.75 mm and V0, 5VA at 1.0 mm and 1.5 - 1.65 mm. This material is RoHS compliant and is available in natural and black colors with a transparent amber base.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UX06002 compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing aramid fiber, PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding, Internally Lubricated, Heat Stabilized, Wear Resistant.
