It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

LNP THERMOCOMP RX05494 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 40% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN WF0061iQ compound is based on Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin utilizing ELCRIN iQ upcycling technology containing minimum 25% Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) weight content and 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant, UL94V0 and 5VA Flame Rating, Excellent Chemical Resistance. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a more sustainable FR and PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP LX19222 compound is based on Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin containing proprietary fillers. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding, High Temperature Bearing, Excellent Wear Resistance and Low CTE.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

It contains an internal mold releases. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. This resin offers UL94 V0@1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR system, excellent low temperature ductility characteristics and processability. ELCRES XD2322 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications such as electronic vehicles (EV) and 5G devices.
