DST L 30-01 is dusted with calcium stearate or amorphous silica. It is containing a no staining stabilizer.

It stands for isobutylene isoprene rubber. Butyl rubber is impermeable to air and used in many applications requiring an airtight rubber. The first major applications of butyl rubber are tire inner tubes and Inner Liner. Some other applications are adhesives, bladders, sealants and chewing gum.

Appropriate matching quantity of Zinc oxide and sulfur when using, and aliphatic acid is not necessary .it can be added directly into rubber mass and also can be added into latex as component part.

Microsphere® FN-100S is chlorinated free grade and is medium temperature expansive product.

Astlett Rubber Inc SKI-3S is produced by solution polymerization of isoprene with titanium as the catalyst. The rubber is stabilized by a non-staining BHT antioxidant that is approved for medical purposes and alimentary product uses. SKI-3S can be mixed with natural and synthetic rubbers and is non-staining.

Nurcacit MBT PDR can be used as a fast, non-staining accelerator for both dry rubber and latex applications. Low temperature curing can be achieved by the use of Nurcacit TMTD/TETD or Nurcacit DPG as secondary accelerators. Nurcacit MBT confers excellent aging characteristics to vulcanizates.

Dynacast Industrial Products Butadiene Rubber-BR has low hysteresis, good temperature flexibility and high abrasion resistance under severe weather conditions. It is used in blends with SBR and natural rubber. Butadiene rubber has poor processing properties and poor tear properties.

However, this product is not suitable for food-related products or medical products.

Solprene 7101 is a Solution Styrene Rubber (SSBR) manufactured by anionic batch polymerization.The polymer is extended with TDAE oil and is protected with a non-staining antioxidant.Solprene 7101 has medium styrene content and a high vinyl microstructure with a typical glass transition temperature of -27ºC.Solprene 7101 has an outstanding balance between processability and final properties in silica and/or carbon black compounds for tire treads.

This product is a Polyurethane system If the product is cured at room temperature, no entire chemical and mechanical load before 7 days after curing.

Emulprene 1723 is a copolymer styrene – butadiene cold emulsion polymerized used fatty and rosin acid as emulsifier, coagulated by salt-acid system and it is extended utilizing 37.5 phr of TDAE (Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract) an environmental friendly oil which comply with the EU directives.

This product is a polyurethane system. After use please close the containers carefully. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. Seal porous mold surfaces first (ebalta mold sealer). For optimum mold releasing we recommend a special release agent (like T1-1), which can be applied easily with a brush or be sprayed. Releasing of the mold 2-3 times, evaporate for about 20 min. after each releasing.
