Poly Chem Alloy PolyFoam 504CFW are additive masterbatch concentrates containing highly specialized chemical blowing agents. This product was specifically created for the production of microcellular foam structures in a variety of thermoplastic materials. PolyFoam products are available containing endothermic blowing agents, exothermic blowing agents, and as a combination of both.

BTec™ BSI-9170-VFP is an endothermic CFA’s chemicals that take heat out and typically produce much smaller cell structure creating improved processing, better physical properties and improved appearance.

Fascom™ Natrium P is a fine particle, treated Sodium Bicarbonate.

Cel-Span® CFA 897 is a 40% active endothermic foaming agent concentrates recommended for extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenics, MPPO and ABS. Cel-Span® CFA 897 is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of polyolefins, polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. This product exhibits a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in extrusion applications.

Ficel® HC AZ 40 is used as Flexible PVC, Rigid PVC, Polyolefin.

Fascom™ CS Ultra is a very highly activated ADC for PVC processing (Liquid Dispersion Only).

Foamazol™ 61 is intended for applications where maximum density reduction is required at relatively low processing temperatures. It is suitable for low pressure structural foam, injection molding, and extrusion.

Otsuka Chemical Unifoam AZ ultra #1195-I have been developed with powder technology and surface treatment technology to avoid caking and dust pollution. UNIFOAM AZ is the most widely used foaming agent for plastics and rubbers. We have recently developed UNIFOAM AZ ULTRA. This new foaming agent has perfect anti-caking qualities, is free flowing, and has a low percentage of dust.

Foamazol™ 73 is for use in injection molding and extrusion applications where very fine and uniform cells are required. Especially recommended for nucleation of direct gassed polystyrene foams.

Cel-Span® CFA 899 is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of applications that require a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in esthetic applications.

Foamazol™ 71 is intended for applications that require very fine and uniform cell structure for both chemical and direct gas foam systems.

Cel-Span® CFA 844 is a highly loaded 80% active endothermic foaming agent formulated for applications with high gas requirements. Cel-Span® CFA 844 concentrate releases carbon dioxide gas upon decomposition. This product is safe when used under the conditions of intended use. Upon complete decomposition (activation) of the C.F.A., the extruded and injected parts will become white, a color common to endothermic chemical foaming agents.

Sinobase Polymers Chemical ACP-W Blowing Agent is a mixture of AC, DPT blowing agents and other additives. Foaming at low temperature and giving stable performance.

Foamazol™ 50 is recommended for applications where a relatively fine cell structure is required at processing temperatures about 175-230° C (347-446° F)
