NOVIS P-490 is an Isotactic low molecular weight polypropylene with enhanced flow properties. Melting point and most of its mechanical properties are similar to conventional PP. It is its low molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution which impart NOVIS P-490 high melt flow rate.

EVERNOX-B1411 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. In extrusion and blow molding applications, Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L enhances flow and reduces processing temperature of polyolefin resins as much as 30 to 50 degrees. MoldWiz® INT-44-800 is a non-silicone processing aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting its mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 333 is a compounded product intended for clear films containing a high level of thermal stabilizers to provide protection of film resins during high temperature extrusion and lamination processes, thus maximizing inherent the natural resins. MoldWiz® INT-1E-11S - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

The use levels of EVERSTAB-FS042 range between 0.05% and 0.15% are recommended for protection. It depends on the substrate and performance requirements of the final application.
