Cel-Span® Process Aid 332 is a non-clear compounded product containing a high level of thermal stabilizers and CAC0₃ to provide protection of film resins during high temperature extrusion and lamination processes, thus maximizing inherent physical properties of the natural al resins. CelSpan® Process Aid 332 eliminates build up in both internal and external metal surfaces of the extrusion die, as well as reduction of wrinkles in thin gage films. This product will extend Tio₂ up to 5% without loss of opacity.

EVERNOX-10 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. EVERNOX-10 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and olefin copolymers like EVA. Also its use is recommended in various polymers such as POM, PA, PUR, PES, PBT, PET, PVC, styrenic like IPS, ABS, elastomers like SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM as well as synthetic rubbers, adhesives tackifier and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-10 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility, odorless. It can be used in combination with other additives like costabilizers (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-10 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 is an organic concentrate that helps to control or retard the growth of bacteria, fungus, and algae in plastic molded parts. Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 is a powerful additive concentrate produced in an LLDPE carrier resin for ease of dispersion. This product has been used in film, injection molding, and extrusion applications to control growth of bacteria, yeast, mold, and algae. In independent testing, Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 has been shown to inhibit ecoli and staphylococcus. A loading of 1.5% - 3% will protect plastic articles for an estimated 1 – 2 years. Recommended temperature range should not reach above 428°F.
