Thanks to its inherent toughness, sheets produced from Selenis Maven NF 411 may be down-gaged without compromising performance. Cost-savings are possible given that there is no need to pre-dry the sheets. Selenis Maven NF 411 is easy to process on standard extrusion lines. Sheets made with Selenis Maven NF 411 may be easily thermoformed, cold-bent, drilled, sawed, screwed, adhesive bonded, routed and personalized though different methods of decoration. Since the mastication effect is slower than with common peptizing agents, fewer break downs of polymer chains can be observed, resulting in better physical and dynamic properties. ULTRA-PEP™ 90 can be added in the masterbatch compound with other compounding ingredients and therefore a pre-mastication step is not needed. As such, additional cost saving could be achieved.

TDCPP is a general purpose chlorinated phosphate flame retardant used in polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in low viscosity, excellent stability and low cost.
