ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

Trecora Chemical OX-18 is an oxidized polyethylene wax. Provides anti-block, release and gloss control properties. It is easily emulsified. Imparts a non-stick character to a coating that decreases the tendency for blocking. Salt spray resistance of an exterior coating that will be exposed to severe weathering can be improved by adding a barrier enhancing wax. Unwanted transfer or adhesion of coating to a contacted surface is thus prevented. Can aid in the resistance properties of a coating. Can be used to control gloss to achieve a desired matt effect. OX-18 by Trecora Chemicals is used in powder coatings, can coatings, coil coatings and wood/furniture coatings.

Sunlube EBS DA-SF is in fine powder form and chemically known as Ethylene Bis Stearamide.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for commonly used fillers in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-™ 230 has a higher solubility limit than ULTRA-LUBE™ 200.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. The release effect of ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is excellent during compounding and after curing as an internal mold release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 improves the dispersion of both carbon black and mineral fillers.

ULTRA-LUBET™ 160 is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 is outstanding during the compounding stage and after vulcanization as a mold release. Besides, it is highly effective as an internal release agent in preventing rubber compounds sticking to open mill rolls as well as to rotors in internal mixers. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 has a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization in CR compounds.

Sunlube CA-10 is in fine powder form and it is chemically known as Calcium Stearate.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 is a highly effective processing additive for specialty polymers. Its unique structure is particular suitable to improve flow and release of ECO compounds resulting in lower reject rate due to poor hot tear of ECO vulcanisates. Besides, it helps in preventing mold fouling. ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 also works very well to improve extrusion characteristics of NBR/PVC blend compounds.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in wood filled systems, leading to a more homogeneous blend. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 works as an excellent lubricant under high shear conditions, for example injection molding.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 contains reactive sites which create hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as coupling agent between polymer and filler. It acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in highly filled plastics compounds, leading to a more homogeneous initial mix. At processing conditions, ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 is an effective lubricant for polyolefins like PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems. Applications recommended for ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 include highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates. In addition, it can be used in unfilled elastomers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired. In many cases, better surface appearance and more uniform mold shrinkage can be observed.

Sunlube EBS is in bead form and chemically known as Ethylene Bis Stearamide.

Sunlube MG-10 is in powder form and chemically known as Magnesium Stearate.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 improves filler incorporation and release of most rubber compounds. Due to its low volatility, ULTRA-LUBE“ 220 can be used in heat resistant vulcanisates based on HNBR, ACM and FKM. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 shows good plasticizing properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in molding process and prevents scorch. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is highly effective in polar compounds, like NBR to improve flow and release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is especially suitable for peroxide curing system owing to its low peroxide demand.

Universal Colorant Company Slip Masterbatch have their prime use in forming a lubrication and smooth layer on the packaging films for the ease of packaging. With no adverse effect on the printing and sealing properties, these masterbatches ensure excellent packaging of automotive products where metal to film adhesion can cause problem. The amide additives used in the composition migrate to form a mono molecular layer on the surface of the extruded/molded plastic product.

In rubber compounds, ULTRA-PLAST™ ZnSt can be used as an internal lubricant. In plastic compounds, ULTRA-PLAST™ ZnSt is used as a stabilizer but it works also well as lubricant and improves the surface finish of molded parts.

ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a highly effective internal lubricant and dispersing aid for specialty elastomers, like HNBR, XNBR, ECO and exotic polymers. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a synergistic blend of primary amide and a highly thermal stable fatty acid derivative, thus shrinkage after post curing will not be affected. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX improves mold and extrusion flow, prevents sticking on metallic surfaces and greatly enhances surface feel and finish of finished rubber articles.
