Minex® ST 4 A100-10 is a functional filler that is produced from nepheline syenite, a naturally occurring, silica-deficient sodium-potassium alumina silicate. Automated scanning electron microscopy confirms that Minex® ST grades contain less than one-tenth of one percent crystalline silica. No free crystalline silica is detectable in the mineral complex. It has low molecular weight coupled with a high hydroxyl value and is formulated into 2K crosslinkable coatings. Low molecular weight also allows for easy blending with other polyols. DISPARLON® EZ-777 is an easily dispersible paste of specially activated synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many solventborne systems to develop an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

K-KAT® 5218 is an aluminum chelate complex catalyst that provides an excellent blend of both fast dry time and increased pot life when used in combination with 2,4 pentanedione. It is recommended for 2K polyurethanes, pultrusion and RIM applications.

K-KAT® 4205 is a zirconium chelate catalyst that provides extended pot life and selectivity to NCO/OH reactions for reduced gassing in 2K PU systems. It is efficient for ambient and low temperature cure coatings.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance.
