The product is typically used as a curing agent or crosslinker for cycloaliphatic epoxy resins in 2-pack high-solids coatings. DYTEK® BHMT HP (bis-hexamethylene triamine) is a high purity (>95%) triamine that is used in applications where purity is critical such as phosphonate scavenger and flocculant in oil & gas applications and as a hardener in epoxy coating and adhesive applications.

DYTEK® A amine (2-methylpentamine-1,5-diamine) is a methyl branched diamine with differential reactivity of each amine group that allows for crystallinity disruption in various applications such as high temperature nylon and polyamides, polyurethane chain extenders, and epoxy hardeners. It is also used in applications such as water treatment, corrosion inhibition, and metalworking fluids where amine functionality and pH control are important. DYTEK®A has 93% recycle content. CARDAMINE H 662 BX65 is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. This grade is pre-diluted in xylene. CARDAMINE H662BX65 is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

LAPOX® AH-712 is medium viscosity polyamidoamide based on dimer fatty acid and aliphatic polyamine. It is designed to use with liquid or epoxy resin solutions (type-1) to produce protective and decorative solvent based coatings with an excellent flexibility, adhesion to most substrates and best corrosion protection.

WSCM-1100 has low viscosity, fast curing, low surface treatment requirements. The glass transition temperature is high, and the bonding strength is good.

Kumho P&B Chemicals KCA 3420 is designed for paint, adhesives, heavy duty coatings. grouting, mortar, flooring. etc. Each KCA series has different properties for the various demands. Resicure® D-5 is a pulverized grade of dicyamdiamide with an average particle size of about 5 micron. The products contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and improve flow. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin between 3-8 phr. Technicure® D-5 reacts with epoxy resin at temperatures higher than 170°C unless an accelerator is used. Suggested accelerators include Technicure® LC-80, Technicure® LC-100 and substituted ureas such as Technicure® MDU-11M, Technicure® PDU-250M and Technicure® TDU-200M. The type and loading level of an accelerator will provide excellent balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.

This grade is solvent free although solution versions are available for ease of handling. LAPOX® AH-543 (XH-80) is a light colored, low viscosity phenalkamine based on cashew nut shell liquid. It can able to cure modified and unmodified epoxy resin at room temperature as well as low temperatures up to 5°C. It is able to demonstrate good curing characteristic in presence of moisture and high humid conditions. When cured with epoxy resins it provides superior corrosion protection coupled with excellent film forming ability and adhesion to variety of substrates.

Lu'An Jietonda New Material SA316 is a Curing accelerator for powder coatings.Jietonda® SA316 is a special quaternary ammonium compound that can be used as curing accelerator for powder coatings based on Epoxy, Epoxy/Polyester hybrid and Polyester/TGIC to improve curing performance. It may also be used as internal catalyst for carboxyl terminated polyester resin to provide lower cure temperature or shorter baking time.

Shepherd Technologies Activated Manganese Dioxide − Type W is a high manganese content with high surface area and high activity.

Resicure® EMI-24 is commonly used as a sole curing agent or as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator in epoxy resin based formulations. Typical loading level as a sole curing agent is about 1-5 phr and as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator is about 0.5 – 3.0 phr. Resicure EMI-24 LV is a lower viscosity version of Resicure EMI-24.
