This semi-crystalline polymer offers superior thermal and chemical resistance, ensuring high-performance results. Parts manufactured from VESTAKEEP® 2000 G exhibit low flammability, enhancing safety. The material is compatible with common injection molding machines for thermoplastics, simplifying the manufacturing process. For optimal results, we recommend a melt temperature range of 360°C to 380°C during the injection molding process, with a mold temperature within 160°C to 200°C, preferably at 180°C. VESTAKEEP® 2000 G is supplied as granules in 25 kg boxes with moisture-proof polyethylene inliners, ensuring convenient storage and handling. Choose VESTAKEEP® 2000 G for its reliability, ease of processing, and exceptional properties, enabling the production of high-quality injection molded parts.

MECHETEC® PEEK is chemically resistant to a wide range of organic and inorganic liquids and is insoluble in all common solvents.
