HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. One of the primary applications of HDK® N20 is as a thickening and thixotropic agent in organic systems such as unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and cosmetics. Additionally, it functions as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000P is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) powder resin with an average particle size (D50) of 350 microns. It offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties even at high temperatures. This material is also highly resistant to chemicals for an amorphous material and is inherently flame-retardant. The base material is transparent amber in color and is RoHS-compliant. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 100 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 150 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS. The base material is transparent amber colored.

This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 200 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 450 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It has a lower molecular weight than 1000P200. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimension properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS Compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX NX0031 resin is a non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This conductive, injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and high impact resistance. NORYL NX0031 resin was designed for electrostatic painting and powder coating without the need for a conductive primer. This material can also be solvent painted and is an excellent for candidate for exterior, painted applications such as trim and fairings for outdoor vehicles, motorcycle, heavy truck, bus, personal watercraft, and marine. HALOX® SZP-395 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® SZP-395 is the most efficient and versatile corrosion-inhibiting pigment. It is recommended for use in a wide variety of resin systems and is equally effective in such resins as alkyds (both traditional and high solids), epoxies, latexes, water-reducible alkyds, high acid value resins, catalyzed baking systems, and vinylidene chloride latexes. The fine particle size and low oil absorption of HALOX® SZP-395 make it the pigment of choice in thin film applications (<1 mil or 25 microns).

DCL 2094 Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright green shade yellow pigment with the highest color strength versus traditional grades and very good durability properties. DCC Yellow 2094 is used primarily in plastics such as PE and PS; industrial, automotive, aerospace, powder, and decorative paint applications.

DCL 7168 Anthanthrone Red, PR.168 is a high-performance, bright yellow-shade red pigment for use in high-end coating applications. It is most notably used in exterior architectural systems, as its superior weather fastness in light tones makes it ideal for such applications.

DCL 7351 Benzimidazolone Yellow, PY.151 is a high-performance organic orange pigment with excellent weather fastness, heat stability, chemical resistance, and dispersibility. This product has improved gloss and higher chroma compared to other PO.36 products, and is available in both solventborne and waterborne systems.

DCL 4407 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.7 is a copper phthalocyanine green pigment for use in high-end coating applications where excellent fastness properties are required. It is a blue shade green with very good opacity, high saturation, and very good weathering resistance.

DCL 5RLM Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a mid-shaded yellow pigment with excellent durability properties. DCC Yellow 5RLM exhibits high saturation, high opacity and is recommended for use in high-grade industrial, aerospace industrial, powder, and automotive paints, as well as PE and PS plastics.

DCL 5454 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:4 is a transparent green-shade blue pigment that is non-crystallizing and stable to high processing temperatures in the presence of aromatic solvents. It is also non-flocculating in mineral oil/vegetable oil, and solvent-based systems. This pigment is recommended for high-grade industrial, agricultural equipment, automotive refinish and OEM, oven-drying coatings, and powder coatings, and is generally used in nitrocellulose and polyamide inks.

DCL 361 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (dark shade) is a dark shade of very stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis and solvents. 361 is heat stable and offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is recommended for coatings, plastics and for use in the construction industry primarily for architectural applications.

DCL 1372 DPP Flame Red, PR.272 is a bright, opaque, slightly yellow shade red pigment that stands out as an offset to the industry standard. It boasts excellent overall properties. This pigment finds major applications in the following: Plastics such as PVC, PE and PP Automotive/aerospace, industrial, powder coatings Water flexo, solvent flexo and inkjet inks

DCL 1177 Anthraquinone Red, PR.177 is a transparent, non-warping, blue-shaded red with excellent fastness properties. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and can be used in a variety of plastics, including polyolefins and PVC, as well as PET, ABS, rubber, and styrene. Additionally, it is suitable for general industrial coatings and automotive applications.

DCL 7036 Benzimidazolone Orange, PO.36 is a vibrant, reddish-orange pigment specifically designed for high-grade industrial coatings, automotive refinishing, and coil coatings. With excellent weather fastness and heat stability, it is an ideal replacement for molybdate orange. DCC Orange 7036 provides a cost-effective, lead-free alternative to molybdate orange for various applications.

DCL 243-XF Zinc Chromate ED, PY.36 is an extra-fine, easy-dispersing, chromate-based product with excellent outdoor ability. 243-XF is recommended for all types of primers, including alkyds and epoxy anticorrosive coatings, mainly used in automotive, aerospace, industrial, and powder coating applications.

DCL 6005 Bon Maroon, PR.52:2 is a blue-shaded red pigment with very good weather fastness in full shades and is typically used in general industrial coatings. DCL 3136 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.36 is a strong, yellow-shaded, fully brominated phthalocyanine green pigment of excellent value, tinting strength, and color purity. 3136 has excellent overall properties. It is recommended to be used in a wide range of plastic, ink, and coating applications.

DCL 1222 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 (Yellow shade), is a high-performance pigment that retains all the typical properties of quinacridone pigments, while offering a more yellowish and brighter masstone and a noticeably yellower, brighter, and stronger tint compared to the 1229 grade.

This product is restricted to industrial and professional inks, coatings, plastics, and roadmarking (subject to regional legislation).

DCL 7136 Benzimidazolone Orange, PO.36 is a high-performance blue-shades orange pigment for use in high-end coating applications. It can be used in all coatings, but is recommended for the highest-end coating applications, where excellent weather fastness, heat stability, chemical resistance, rheology, and dispersion are required.

DCL Y969 Medium Yellow, PY.34 is a standard medium chrome yellow pigments used in plastic and coating applications. It has overall good resistance properties and is restricted to industrial and professional inks, coatings, plastics, and roadmarking applications (subject to regional legislation).
