GMS Composites EP-282 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-282 is a resin film available on a lightweight scrim or without a scrim. The EP-282 resin is compatible with GMS Composites pre-pregs. The resin film has good flow and the tack of EP-282 can be varied.

It is specially designed for hand lay-up and continuous laminating process. It is easy to handle and has excellent molding performance. Also, it has rapid resin penetration together with a fast strand wet out time. The mat also brings a highly translucent finished laminates. Also, the fine strand input makes the fiber prominence at the finished laminates surface extremely low. It is an excellent reinforcement material for translucent roofing panel, chemical storage tanks, FRPpipes, boat hulls and decks, truck body panel and so on.

DISTITRON® 429 ESX20Q - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce marine,boats,reinforced plastics,general purpose through hand lay up and spray up method.

AMC® 2593 is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® phenolic molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, with high heat resistance, low density and it exhibits low flammability characteristics. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 3K tow.

HexTow® IM8 carbon fiber is a continuous, high performance, intermediate modulus, PAN based fiber available in 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties. It is suggested for use in prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion where additional strength and modulus are required over IM7.
