With a wide processing range, they are specifically engineered for easy, consistent and stable thermoforming. Extreme Plus HG is our high gloss sheet, while Extreme Plus LG offers the same performance properties with the option of a lower gloss finish. These tough, high impact TPO sheets provide excellent cold crack resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. A high or low gloss, molded-in-color surface can be achieved on many applications where harsh weather, chemicals, heavy vibration or heat stresses are factors.

DISPARLON® NS-30 is a patented blend of polyolefin with amide in xylene in paste form. This product effectively prevents sagging and settling of solvent-based coatings including those containing anti-corrosive pigments at high concentrations. NS-30 has little effect on viscosity, while still imparting strong anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

DISPARLON® F-9050 is a hybrid thixotropic agent consisting of a fatty acid amide wax and an oxidized polyolefin wax developed for coating systems such as high-solids, non-solvent and high-film build formulations, specifically heavy-duty epoxy and urethane paints. DISPARLON® F-9050 imparts excellent anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

Polyslick® UHMW Sheet exhibits the properties of excellent impact strength, abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, as well as very good chemical resistance. This industrial grade material is also moisture, stain and odor resistant, and is FDA approved to be used in the food processing industry. The material is ideally suited for wear applications especially in contact with metals. UHMW is widely used in industrial applications such as chute linings, dock bumpers, paper machine parts, and conveyor wear strips and can easily be machined with ordinary wood working tools.

NRF-6200 is a high elongation release film suitable for cure cycles up to 450°F (232°C). It is compatible with most commercial resins and releases easily.

PERFORMAX™ Synthetic Macro Fibers are manufactured from a blend of 100% virgin polyolefin resins. PERFORMAX™ Synthetic Macro Fibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement and 3.1.2 for shrinkage and temperature reinforcement.

LINCORE® PP FF P2 40 400 is a fabric made of LINCORE® roving (commingled flax and PP filaments). Consolidation is done by heating above melting temperature of PP matrix (180°C-230°C) and applying a low pressure (1-30 bars), before a cooling step under pressure. The molding can be realized by : Diaphragm (1 to 8 bars), Thermo compression (10 to 200 bars), Sandwich thermo compression (1 to 5 bars).
