Acrodur® DS 3530 is a formaldehyde-free binder for wood fibers, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and cork. It is a clear, slightly yellowish solution of a modified polycarboxylic acid and a polyol as the crosslinking component. This binder is employed independently as a formaldehyde-free binder for wood fibers and bast fibers such as flax, sisal, jute, etc. It can also be used to bond cork chips and finely divided inorganic substances. Acrodur® DS 3530 crosslinks to form a thermoset material.

Acrodur® 950 L serves as a formaldehyde-free binder applicable to wood fibers, natural fibers, cork, and for bonding glass, mineral, natural, and synthetic fibers. It presents as a clear, colorless or slightly yellowish aqueous solution comprising a modified polycarboxylic acid with a polyol serving as the crosslinking agent.

Crestafire® P1-3001PA is a filled, pre-accelerated, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH) which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. It is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crestafire® P1-3001E is a filled, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a special grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. Crestafire® P1-3001E is extra stabilized for transport, storage, and use in high-temperature climates. It is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crestafire® Bio P1-8001 is a versatile bio-resin with excellent fire, smoke, and toxicity properties and good mechanical properties, due to which the product can be used in the most demanding FST applications in the railway, building and construction, and other public transport industries.
