Rheovis® PU 1291 is an innovative mid-shear polyurethane thickener designed for aqueous coatings and adhesives. It is non-ionic, VOC-free, and free of solvents, heavy metals, and tin. The polyurethane in water/diluent formulation has multiple associative elements, contributing to improved performance. Its ICI-build exceeds that of benchmark solvent-containing and water-based products, even at lower dosages, enhancing sustainability by achieving more with less.

Rheovis® PU 1331 is a versatile rheology modifier, usable as a sole thickener or in combination with other rheology modifiers, depending on the desired rheology profile. When used alone, Rheovis® PU 1331 creates an almost Newtonian rheology profile, which is desirable in wood coatings where excellent penetration and leveling are important.

Rheovis® PU 1250 is a polyurethane-based associative thickener, a non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier for water-based coatings. It provides ph-independent thickening, improved flow and gloss, increased hiding power, wash and scrub resistances, and outstanding spatter resistance during roller application. The chemical nature involves polyurethane polymer in water/butyldiglycol.

Rheovis® PU 1235 serves as a rheology modifier designed for aqueous paints and coatings, presenting itself in a hazy liquid physical form. Rheovis® PU 1340 stands as a highly effective high-shear rheology modifier tailored for paints and coatings that require a Newtonian rheology profile. It appears as a milky white to slightly yellowish liquid. This modifier offers numerous benefits, including excellent flow and leveling properties, improved hiding power, enhanced wash and scrub resistance, excellent spatter resistance, and good gloss development. Notably, it can be utilized as the sole thickener for paints and coatings.

LIOPUR PFL 1154 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination. After air-drying, film coatings based on this one are transparent films that are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. It has applications in furniture coatings, architectural coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and industrial coatings.

LIOPUR PFL 2392 is an aqueous, aliphatic modified polyurethane dispersion based on polyester that is solvent- and triethylamin-free and free of surfactants. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2392 form transparent films that are tack-free and display a good surface resistance of approximately 50 sec. Pendulum hardness after König. It also exhibits very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. LIOPUR PFL 1284 is an aqueous solvent-free aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a special polyester combination. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films with very good surface hardness after air drying, high flexibility, and elastic properties. These coatings exhibit very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. It has applications in craft and hobby, industrial coatings, architectural coatings, furniture coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

LIOPUR 2004-151 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate. Coatings based on LIOPUR 2004-151 form tack-free, transparent films with good surface hardness after air drying. When combined with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates, this can be used for air-drying water-based two-pack parquet fllor varnishes because of its high abrasion resistance. It has applications in architectural coatings, wood flooring, industrial coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and other printing applications.

LIOPUR PFL 2315 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination that is solvent- and TEA-free. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2315 form transparent films that are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. It has applications in architectural coatings, furniture, wood coatings and finishes, industrial coatings, and wood flooring.

AFCONA 5585 is an effective dispersing agent for the preparation of solvent- and water-based pigment concentrates in industrial and architectural coatings. This is a high molecular weight dispersing agent which stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance, making it suitable for all types of pigments.

Hauthane L-3369 is a partially, renewable resource-based, hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with good chemical and water-resistance properties. Features: 42% bio-based, renewable resource content. Good water and chemical resistance. Low VOC content (75 g/l less water). Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water.

Hauthane HD-2120 is a very hard, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior adhesion to PVC. Excellent UV resistance. Exceptional alcohol resistance. Humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-2503 is a polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent exterior weathering durability. Excellent humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-4675 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Produces clear, durable films with low levels of co-solvent (<100 g/l). Excellent non-yellowing properties. Good water and chemical resistance. Produces tough, abrasion and mar resistant films.

Hauthane HD-2107 DMM (L-2877) is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties.
