ARCOR® 2211 is a highly exceptional repair composite material that stands out as the most unique option available in the market today. This formulation combines various multi-functional resin groups, fine ceramic powders, and an impressive array of 23 different additives, resulting in the ultimate weapon against erosion and corrosion. Its remarkable holding strength allows it to maintain a 3/4" thickness on vertical surfaces, while its creamy texture allows for effortless smoothing, achieving a glass-like finish. With three times the bonding strength and three times the chemical resistance compared to our closest competitor, ARCOR® 2211 outperforms other ceramic-filled rebuilding compounds. It is fully machinable and its non-slumping characteristics make it perfect for molding worn parts in place, eliminating the need for machining. Suitable for a wide range of mechanical repairs, particularly those caused by the combined forces of erosion and corrosion, ARCOR® 2211 is the go-to solution for everyday applications. ARCOR Epoxy Technologies can tailor make or reformulate the product to suit customer needs. Please reach out if you need a custom formulated product!

Glycidoxy (epoxy) -functional silane that is used as a coupling agent for unsaturated polyester– fiberglass composites, polysulfide & polyurethane caulks and sealants, and glass roving size-binders. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.
