ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4370/40 is a two-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. It utilizes addition curing and possesses self-bonding properties. This product is particularly suitable for the production of two-component combinations using pressure-free extrusion or co-extrusion methods.

ELASTOSIL® R 416/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

In comparison to other platinum curing grades like the ELASTOSIL® R plus 4305 series, ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH showcases improved physical resistance.

This resin offers good low temperature (-20 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL1112A resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure, wall plate / switch, connector, and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications.

NORYL PPX630F resin is an excellent candidate for copper and brass replacement in water management applications such as boiler manifolds, condensers, and hydro blocks.
