Added features included PCR content and improved processing. This grade contains minimum 56% PCR weight content and is based on food contact compliant ingredients. Applications include Food handling, cosmetic packaging, razor blades, toothbrushes, etc.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ WF006XXL compound is based on Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Good Mold Release, Heat Stabilized, Low Extractables.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP WF006XXB compound is based on Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Medium Flow, Healthcare, Low Extractables, Biocompatible (ISO10993 or USP Class VI). This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

This grade contains minimum 37% PCR weight content. Under test for Potable Water Approval : ACS,KTW, WRAS, W270, NSF.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP WBL36L compound is based on Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin containing 30% glass bead, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant, Low Extractables.

Added features of this grade include: Permanently Anti-Static, Colorable, Healthcare, Low Extractables, Food Contact compliant. Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 474PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic version of Crystic 198. Crystic 474PA is an exceptionally versatile resin suitable for the fabrication of laminates for a wide variety of applications throughout the chemical industry, particularly in environments where resistance to heat and chemicals is required.

Crystic® Brush Gelcoat 69PA is a pre-accelerated Iso-NPG gelcoat formulated for brush application. Crystic® Polyester Resin 491 is a thixotropic, isophthalic polyester resin with good water and chemical resistance properties. It was developed for use in a wide range of critical applications that require toughness combined with water and chemical resistance. It is a versatile resin suitable for the fabrication of high-performance boat hulls intended for use in warm or tropical areas.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 406COS is a non-thixotropic, non-accelerated, orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin used for casting, artificial marble, and solid surface applications. This product has a 5-minute gel time. It contains UV absorbers, allowing very good resistance to yellowing and UV radiation.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 921 is an un-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with a low viscosity to accept the maximum level of filler particles. It has been developed specifically for polymer concrete. Crystic® 921PALV is a lower viscosity, thixotropic version of this product. It is suitable for pigmented castings filled to a low level or not filled at all.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 198 is a medium-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. This product was developed for use in the chemical industry (tanks, pipes, fume stacks, etc.), where heat and chemical resistance are both required, but it can also be used in industrial, transportation, and building and construction applications. It can be used with glass fiber-backed polypropylene and suitably treated uPVC. This product has a high HDT of 112°C and a 12-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin U904LVK is an orthophtalic, pre accelerated, non thixotropic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has to be used when good mechanical properties and good heat resistance are required. The product has been designed to be catalysed with a conventional MEKP at 50% while giving a very fast demold time under quite low exotherm.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/9 BK2034-06MCS is a polybutylene terephthalate base polymer with a matt (textured) surface, used in building and construction, fixtures/fittings, household goods, and kitchenware for various applications. For optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-8 hours, depending on moisture content. During processing, injection molding should be used with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C. To ensure maximum product quality, the product should be protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/9 is a pre-drying conditions polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with a matt (textured) surface, used in the building and construction, fixtures/fittings, and household goods. Typical applications include kitchenware, fixing elements, and more. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C. For proper use, keep in a dry, protected environment, not above 30°C, and pre-dry in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-4 h, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-8 h, depending on the moisture content.

ISO112 is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin type 1140 according to DIN 16946-2. ISO112 is particular indicated in outdoor application.

Cuyahoga Plastics EB7000-1 is A U.L recognized, flame retardant, mineral-filled, glass fiber reinforced polyester thermoset molding compound suitable for compression, transfer, and injection molding. It is currently supplied in bulk form.

USP-EAGLE (PIP50-60) is an Isophthalic based Unsaturated Polyester resin with high mechanical & chemical resistance.

Cuyahoga Plastics AB5000 is a UV resistant, flame retardant, glass-reinforced polyester thermoset suitable for outdoor applications. Compression, transfer, and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms, and box length extrusions.

T19X9 is an orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin tixotropic, preaccellerated , and catalysis indicator. T19X9 is mostly used in hand lay-up application.
