SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ MFB22EXJ compound is based on Polypropylene (PP) resin containing 10% glass fiber and 10% glass bead. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding, Low Extractables, Healthcare, Food Contact compliant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

It has excellent hydrolysis resistance, processability, and surface quality and is ideal for complex and thin-walled food and water contact applications. It is 30% glass-reinforced, PA4T, food contact quality, drinking water grade, and USP Class VI classified. It is best suited for injection molding.

EcoPaXX® Q-DWX10 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent mechanical and flow performance, specifically designed for food contact and drinking water applications. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology.
