Acronal® S 410 is an aqueous polymer dispersion formulated for the production of building adhesives and sealants within Polymer Dispersions for Construction. Acronal® 5047 is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic ester copolymer, produced using acrylonitrile, and manufactured without the addition of APEO. It is employed in the production of adhesives for laying all standard flexible flooring materials, such as textile, PVC, and rubber flooring. Acronal® 5047 facilitates the manufacturing of adhesives with a resin solution and enables the production of adhesives with resin melt, particularly very low-emission adhesives meeting the requirements of EMICODE® EC1+ and the Blue Angel (DE-UZ-113). Flooring adhesives made with Acronal® 5047 are distinguished by a well-balanced adhesion/cohesion ratio and excellent workability.

Acronal® 5028 is an ammonia-free aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of an acrylic acid ester and acrylonitrile. It is a non-APEO and non-plasticizer product, available in liquid dispersion form. Acronal® 5028 is primarily used to produce highly polymer-modified, cementitious, flexible waterproofing slurries (surface protection, composite waterproofing). Due to its low glass transition temperature, Acronal® 5028 imparts crack-bridging properties to waterproofing slurries even at temperatures as low as −20 °C.

Acronal® 5041 is an aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on acrylic ester and styrene. It is AOX-free, APEO-free, and alkylphenol-free. This product finds applications in sealants, caulk, and performance flooring. Its physical form is liquid, and it is characterized by a white color and a faint odor.

Acronal® S 533 is an aqueous dispersion consisting of a copolymer blend of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, and styrene. This product is manufactured without the addition of APEO, ammonia, or formaldehyde. It comes in a liquid dispersion form and serves as a raw material specifically designed for industrial use.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.

VINNEVA® LC 0300 is an aqueous polymer dispersion with a low glass transition temperature (Tg). It is produced from the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylate. This dispersion offers excellent elongation, adhesion, and flexibility, making it suitable for various bitumen emulsions. VINNEVA® LC 0300 is compatible with most anionic bitumen emulsions and can also be used with other latexes, modifiers, and VINNEVA® dispersions.

DeCAL DeCAL 1105+ is a new acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This medium molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions, providing film building and leveling. For interior and exterior matte and semi-gloss paints, this product improves flow and leveling performance, sag resistance, and anti-settling. It also results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

Texicryl® 13-602 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in flexible fillers, caulks, sealant applications and architectural coatings. It enhances the workability and technical performance of many products. It meets all environmental demands, such as low VOC, APEO-free and formaldehyde-free with no compromise on quality and performance.

Texicryl® 13-065 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion,designed primarily as a binder for high performance ceramic tile adhesives. It has been designed to be formulated with a wide range of filler types into water resistant tile adhesives and fix and grouts.

Texicryl® 13-078 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion, designed primarily as a binder for high performance ceramic tile adhesives. It has been designed to be formulated with a wide range of filler types into water resistant tile adhesives and grouts.

Texicryl® 13-074 is an APEO free styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion which has been developed for use in mixes containing portland cement for flooring applications. It imparts a higher degree of flexibility and also acts as a soft binder used in fabric glue formulations for tissues and papers.

Texicryl® 13-023 is an aqueous dispersion of a modified styrene acrylic copolymer, used in the manufacture of high performance ceramic tile adhesives. Due to the nature of its special emulsifier system, it is possible to use Texicryl® 13-023 with various fillers (silicas, calcium carbonate, microdol etc). It functions as a high performance water resistant binder for EN 12004-1 and 2: 2017 D2 CTAs and fix grouts.

Saitack® 307 is a high solids acrylic copolymer emulsion with a formulating base for construction adhesives, flooring/ carpet adhesives, and sealants.

EBECRYL® 765 is an acrylic oligomer diluted with 40% 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) and tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA) monomers (20% by weight each). This resin is crafted to enhance adhesion to challenging substrates. The resin finds applications in various sectors, including construction adhesives, other building and construction applications, and sealants and caulk. Additionally, it is utilized in textile manufacturing, other packaging coatings, and overprint varnishes in radiation-curable coating applications.

ADDITOL® AQ-1681, an associative acrylic thickener, is an alkali-soluble solution with moderate thickening power, specifically designed for styrenated acrylic waterborne paints. Ideal for various applications such as paints, sealants, background preparers, varnishes, and waterproofing, it serves as a filler, extender, and rheology modifier. Notably, it carries labeling claims of being solvent-free, monomer-free, and environmentally friendly.

ADDITOL® AQ-1680, an associative acrylic thickener, dissolves in alkali and is designed for aqueous mass systems. This versatile thickener boasts high thickening power and compatibility with acrylic and cellulosic thickeners. It facilitates the creation of dense structures without syneresis, ensuring stability in high-solids systems. Serving as a rheology modifier and thickener, it adheres to labeling claims of being solvent-free, monomer-free, and environmentally friendly. Well-suited for automotive OEM coating applications.

Rovene 6027 is an all acrylic latex that may be utilized in various applications such as trade paints, concrete coatings, and other coatings requiring exterior durability and low VOC.

KANEKA SILYL® MAX951 is an acrylic modified Silyl-Terminated Polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high performance moisture cure sealants, adhesives, and coatings. SILYL MAX951™ has performed successfully in various industrial applications and provides well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity, and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyldimethoxysilane functional groups.

Soudacryl LTX 2 is a one-part acrylic latex caulk designed for both interior and exterior use. Soudacryl LTX2 should only be used where moderate joint movement is anticipated.

Aquamac® 720 is a surfactant-free, all acrylic latex designed for industrial maintenance applications where thin-film corrosion resistance is required. Synglaze 2034 is a high molecular weight Pure Acrylic solution polymer which is ready to use in a mixture of aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Synglaze 2034 has been specially formulated for use as a Brick and tile dressing. It also finds use in sealing off dampness and as a bonding liquid on masonry surfaces. Synglaze TP 2034 dries rapidly at room temperature to give a clear, glossy water resistant film. It has deep penetrating properties and therefore offers extreme durability and is not prone to lifting and peeling. The gloss is enhanced by applying multiple coats. Supplied as a clear liquid at a Viscosity < 50 at 25 degree C(cps) and percent Solid contents :20+1; It can be applied by Brush, Spray, Roller or padding. Synglaze 2034 can be diluted with White Spirits, Solvesso 100 or Xylene in all proportions. Synglaze 2034 should not be applied to a wet surface. Surfaces must be allowed to dry before application of Synglaze 2034.
