Crestafix® B39 Adhesive is a high strength pumpable polyester adhesive formulated for production environment in boatbuilding and general fiberglass fabrication. It was formulated to provide reliable structural bonds in both thin and thick bondlines (1/8” to 1”, 3 - 25mm). The product has low shrinkage, low exotherm and no volume loss during pumping.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 625PA is a thixotropic, tough, pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. It can be used in filament winding applications and is ideally suited for the production of heat-resistant and dimensionally stable molds. This product has a 20-minute gel time.

MC511AF is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511AF is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

MC511FR is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511FR also complies with MIL-I-24768/28, Type GEB-F. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

ECP 145/4332 Anti Static Conductive Nylon 6 Injection Molding Compound for injection molding and extrusion applications, Injection molding compound based on Nylon 6 and special conducting Carbon Blacks. The compound has been specially formulated with impact modification to provide a compromise of strength with the electrical conductivity requirements laid out for materials in BS IEC 61340-5-1:2007 and DEF Std 59-98.

Nicalon™ SiC Fiber is a multi-filament silicon carbide-type fiber manufactured by NGS Advanced Fibers Co., Ltd. of Japan. The fiber has excellent strength and modulus properties for ceramic fibers, and retains its properties at high temperatures. NICALON™ is highly resistant to oxidation and chemical attack.

ZERO® Uni-Q-22.3SM is a patented non-woven fabric with a relatively small percentage of binder material (less than 3%). The binder is applied to only one side of the fabric resulting in virtually no crimp in the reinforcement fibers.

ACM C130P is a Unidirectional Woven Fabrics with Standard fabric width of 300 mm and Custom width range of 120—1600 mm having EP/VE Resin compatibility. Unidirectional carbon tapes are carbon fabric with at least 85% of the filaments arranged in the same direction. Thin glass, aramid, or hot melt fibers are used as weft (cross fibers). This structure supports the high tensile strength of the carbon tape and makes it a relevant material in demand for construction and many other applications.
