The standardized quality of Portaflame® SG 30 LV is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portaflame® SG 30 LV is a "low viscosity" optimized grade with an exceptional low oil absorption value, giving the formulator the opportunity to achieve higher loading levels. Portaflame® SG 30 LV makes formulations that are flame retardant.

Extendospheres® SGT is our most versatile, general purpose hollow sphere grade. Sphere One’s Extendospheres® are low density, highstrength hollow ceramic spheres. They can allow the formulator to reduce the weight and overall cost of their finished goods.

Ziegler & Co. Naturprodukte Boruvit is the glass powder Boruvit acts as a functional filler in coatings by its transparency, which stays neutral with any pigmentation. It ensures a longer lifetime for the coating due to the absorption of UV-radiation. Being a mechanically hard filler, it will increase scratch resistance and the particle shape will improve the adhesion and co-adhesion of coatings.

SEPASIL® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. Solospheres® S-32 Solid Spheres are semi-solid ceramic microspheres. They are an excellent choice for applications requiring high strength, high temperature, and corrosion resistance. Solospheres® spherical morphology are shear thinning in liquid applications allowing formulator to reduce the VOC’s and increase filler loading. Solospheres® can easily disperse in a high intensity mixing or dispersion system in plastics.

You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy to a “peanut butter” consistency, it will be easy to fair. The higher the percentage of 407 in your epoxy mix, the easier it will be to fair. Cures to a dark red/brown color.

Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color. When West System® epoxy is thickened to a peanut butter consistency with Microlight™, the cured product sands and carves like basswood.

The finely tuned process of selection, grinding and classification guarantees a high aspect ratio and highest purity. As a natural silica, MicaCelia is chemically inert, resistent to most acids and oxidation, unsoluble in water and has a high temperature resistance. MicaCelia as a very pure muscovite mica exhibiting excellent electrical insulation properties. MicaCelia acts as a functional filler in anticorosion paints and in wall coatings and textured finishes, both for crack control and gloss control. Its lamellar structure allows to improve application of the coatings and their adhesion.
