SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

6516 - Top Line Top Coat is a waterborne topcoat, based on Acrylic and Polyurethane dispersions. WearMax Top Line Topcoat 6516 dries clear and performs with excellent build, hardness, toughness, and stain resistance.

Arboritec™ Vibrant Deep Ambering Sealer is a deep-ambering ceramic fortified primer for indoor wood and parquet floors. Vibrant ambers and deepens the darker tones and colors in the grain of the wood. Vibrant primer is fortified with ceramics thanks to our unique Small Particles Technology. Ceramic particles make Vibrant up to 30% more environmentally friendly than competitive branded lacquers. Vibrant is NMP free and has low solvent content. Vibrant dries fast, reduces the side bonding effect and the fiber rising. It gives the floor a smooth and rich surface .Ideally, use Arboritec Avenue or Genuine directly over satin; if you choose to use Vibrant, be sure that the stain is ready for a coat of waterborne sealer. CIPADAM® S-15 is a clear, penetrating, breathable sealer that contains a 15 percent solution of Silane in an alcohol carrier. CIPADAM S-15 chemically reacts with the concrete substrate and most masonry surfaces to produce a long lasting water repellent effect. This material's small molecular structure allows for maximum penetration into any siliceous material to form an alkali resistant polysiloxane.

Coating & Binding Technology Duratec 700i is a water-based, spray applied acrylic glass particle coating system which has been developed to achieve excellent penetration, adhesion, and easy to maintain decorative finish. Duratec 700i has been designed to provide a surface treatment which has excellent waterproofing, durability, UV stability, impact resistance, and long-term performance. Duratec 700i spray-on is available in a wide range of color blends.

TS202 is a 25% solids high performance proprietary formulation of non-yellowing pure acrylic polymer resin in a <100 g/L VOC water base. It can be used as a curing agent for newly placed concrete or for sealing existing decorative concrete, pavers, or exposed aggregate. TS202 provides durable protection, color enhancement, and low gloss “satin look” appearance. It combats freeze/ thaw, restricts water and moisture, limits dirt buildup and stains, retards mold and mildew, blocks efflorescence, increases surface durability, and reduces scaling and spalling. The TS202 can also be used to mitigate dusting on most existing concrete surfaces. It is also UV resistant and nonyellowing. It can also be used as a joint sand stabilizer for interlocking stone, pavers, and brick. It locks pavers in place, prevents erosion of joint sand, and reduces growth of weeds. TS202 has a milky white appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have a “satin look” with low gloss finish when dry.

ProCoat® H₂Oil® - Oil Modified Waterborne Finish Gloss is a one-component, self-leveling oil modified waterborne urethane. H2Oil® self-crosslinks when exposed to oxygen to develop an extremely durable film that exhibits outstanding scuff, mar and chemical resistance. It has the depth and gloss of an oil modified urethane (O.M.U.) H2Oil® is formulated for the best transition from oil based to waterborne wood finish.

Weatherskin Coatings WSM1 Above-Ground is a multi-use, extremely durable acrylic coating. At an ideal wet film thickness of 10-14 mils per coat (8-10 mils dry film finish per coat), WS M1 is a perfect fix for sealing any minor cracks and imperfections. With exceptional aging properties, future ruptures, cracks and de-laminating are prevented, and provides long-lasting protection to the substrate surface. Its unique properties allow for substrate movement and accommodation to sudden temperature fluctuation. WS M1 is to be used in tandem with the instructions outlined in the following Product Information Sheets. WS M1 creates a strong, solar reflective and UV resistant coating able to withstand and encapsulate mold, fungi and mildew growth.

VAPORTIGHT COAT® SG2 is a unique 2-component, alkali resistant, moisture tolerant, extremely high density and chemically enhanced epoxy based product which prevents capillary infiltration of oil and other chemicals from the ground. Applied in one coat, SG2 reduces the passage of water vapor and moisture through slabs and walls, thus eliminating delamination of adhesives, floor coverings and coatings.

SPARTACOTE® Surface Build is a high solids, multipurpose, self-leveling epoxy for decorative and protective applications. It offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. Provided as a clear epoxy product it can be field tinted through the use of SPARTACOTE Universal Pigments.

CERTI-VEX AC1315 Super Seal is a low-VOC, styrene acrylic, solvent-based, non-yellowing curing, sealing, hardening, dust proofing and water repellent compound that is tough, chemical resistant, and long lasting. The product is design to protect and enhance exterior new and existing concrete, stamped, decorative and exposed aggregate concrete and architectural horizontal and vertical sections where a clear, gloss and shine is required. Certi-Vex AC 1315 Super Seal also provides protection from the damaging effects of water penetration and staining. Certi-Vex AC1315 Super Seal features breathable technology which allows moisture vapor to pass through rather than becoming trapped, preventing whitening, peeling and flaking.

CTM Coatings ECTR-VRM is a 100% solid, two component epoxy coating designed for controlling the moisture vapor emission rate on deteriorated or new floors. ECT-VRM-2000 provides excellent resistance to abrasion and chemical resistance. ECTR-VRM meets many requirements such as durability, performance as well as esthetics. This system has been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). It meets LEED standards.

Perdure FE80 is an ultra-high solid, flexible urethane-modified epoxy used as a crack isolation membrane for interior use under various Duraamen Resinous Flooring Systems. It resists cracking caused by horizontal substrate movement, providing a crack-resistant, resilient, sound-absorbent, waterproof, durable floor.

ChemMasters’ Traz 25-A is a high solids, Low Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.) high performance concrete sealing compound for decorative concrete such as stamped and exposed aggregate. Traz 25-A is formulated with methyl methacrylate polymers that develop high gloss and are more chemically resistant than standard acrylic sealers. Traz 25- A’s film will not yellow under any UV conditions and is extremely durable.

CIPADAM® S-100 chemically reacts with the concrete substrate to produce a long lasting water repellent effect. This material's small molecular structure allows for maximum penetration into any silicous material material to form an alkali resistant polysiloxane.

Armor WB25 is a water-based acrylic cure and seal designed to seal and protect concrete and paver surfaces with a durable high gloss surface film. The Armor WB25 is a fantastic sealer if you are looking to enhance surfaces with a high gloss finish. The Armor WB25 also doubles as a cure and seal and can be applied to new concrete.

Cipadeck® Paver & Concrete Sealer (LS) is a clear solvent based acrylic resin sealer for interlocking pavers and concrete. This sealer is available in gloss and anti-slip finishes that will not yellow on exterior exposure.

Poly Top Seal CS-20 PLUS is a water-based, non flammable polysiloxane sealer. It is specifically engineered for the treatment of vertical or horizontal concrete substrate for the purpose of providing waterproofing and repellency capability. Poly Top Seal CS-2O PLUS provides superior long-term performance and protection against physical and structural defamation or deterioration due to the effects of humidity and or contact with moisture or exposure to the elements. In addition it is also resistant to acids and highly alkaline compounds. CS-20 PLUS is designed for use on smooth concrete that is younger than 25 years of age and/or interior applications.

Krystal 25 Emulsion EF is a state of the art, water emulsion of 100% pure methyl methacrylate acrylic polymers. This high quality polymer produces a VOC compliant compound for curing freshly placed concrete. This product provides a quality cure and seal while assuring total resistance to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. It is particularly suited for concrete where VOC requirements or safety concerns make solvent based systems inappropriate In addition, this product is unique in that it has built in freeze/thaw protection. While it will solidify if frozen, after thawing and gentle stirring, it will be as good as new.

ConoCrete Chemical & Food 115 is a chemically-resistant, 100% solids, aggregate-filled, epoxy floor system. It is ideal for resurfacing old and protecting new concrete floors from chemical and physical abuse. The physical properties of these materials far exceed those of concrete, providing a surface that not only has greater durability, but a chemical-resistant barrier to the substrate.

Armor SX5000 WB is a Department of Transportation approved water based Silane-Siloxane water repellent sealer that penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Surfaces sealed with the Armor SX5000 WB are more resistant to the damaging effects of water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw and salt damage, staining, mold and mildew, and efflorescence. It can be applied to interior and exterior, vertical and horizontal unsealed surfaces.

HP-300 Matte/Satin is a 2 component coating system having antimicrobial properties. This product is odorless and non-flammable. Primer is not required and is slip resistant certified.

Weatherskin Coatings WSM9 CC High Traffic is a two-part, water-borne, VOC-compliant, linear polyester polyurethane enamel. It will provide appearance and performance equal to its solvent-borne counterparts. WSM9 topcoat comes in clear gloss and clear satin. WSM9 is extremely weatherable and abrasion-resistant and will retain its appearance for long periods in a variety of environments. For use over WS Primer, Weatherskin Epoxies, Weatherskin membranes or properly prepared surfaces.

Certi-Vex Guard Clear AIM is an innovative, low-VOC, solvent-based, high gloss, non-yellowing, one step styrene acrylic curing compound with a penetrating water repellent silane sealer for use on both new and existing broom finish and decorative concrete. The film forming acrylic cures new concrete to ASTM specifications, while penetrating silane sealer reacts with alkali and moisture within pores and capillaries to form a hydrophobic gel, protecting the concrete from the damaging effects of water and chloride penetration.

UPI Sealant Products HS 300LV Premium Low VOC Acrylic is a premium, high-performance, single-component silane, acrylic 30% solids, low VOC, sealer designed for SureCrete overlays or other cement-based products. It is vapor permeable and readily applies outside. It is specially formulated for extreme climates where a low VOC sealer is required.
