Acronal® 5047 is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic ester copolymer, produced using acrylonitrile, and manufactured without the addition of APEO. It is employed in the production of adhesives for laying all standard flexible flooring materials, such as textile, PVC, and rubber flooring. Acronal® 5047 facilitates the manufacturing of adhesives with a resin solution and enables the production of adhesives with resin melt, particularly very low-emission adhesives meeting the requirements of EMICODE® EC1+ and the Blue Angel (DE-UZ-113). Flooring adhesives made with Acronal® 5047 are distinguished by a well-balanced adhesion/cohesion ratio and excellent workability.

Acronal® 5028 is an ammonia-free aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of an acrylic acid ester and acrylonitrile. It is a non-APEO and non-plasticizer product, available in liquid dispersion form. Acronal® 5028 is primarily used to produce highly polymer-modified, cementitious, flexible waterproofing slurries (surface protection, composite waterproofing). Due to its low glass transition temperature, Acronal® 5028 imparts crack-bridging properties to waterproofing slurries even at temperatures as low as −20 °C.

Acronal® 5018 is an aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on acrylic ester and styrene. Efka® FL 3745 is a flow and leveling agent, a silicone-free leveling agent with air release properties for liquid nonaqueous coatings. It is also suitable for powder coatings, modifies surface tension, provides smooth, trouble-free film surfaces, and improves gloss. The physical form is a clear, colorless liquid.

Acronal® 5041 is an aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on acrylic ester and styrene. It is AOX-free, APEO-free, and alkylphenol-free. This product finds applications in sealants, caulk, and performance flooring. Its physical form is liquid, and it is characterized by a white color and a faint odor.

Acronal® S 533 is an aqueous dispersion consisting of a copolymer blend of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, and styrene. This product is manufactured without the addition of APEO, ammonia, or formaldehyde. It comes in a liquid dispersion form and serves as a raw material specifically designed for industrial use.

Acronal® A 420 S is a plasticizer-free dispersion composed of thermally crosslinkable copolymers derived from acrylic acid esters. This dispersion possesses self-crosslinking properties and finds application in self-adhesive nonwovens, including carriers based on PET and glass fibers, filter nonwovens, materials for hygiene and medical purposes, as well as interlinings and high-loft waddings. It exists in liquid form with a faint odor in its dispersion.

Acronal® S 735 P is a product specifically crafted for tile adhesive applications, featuring high durability and weather resistance. Its core functions as a binder and resin make it a valuable asset in the adhesives and sealants market, particularly in building and construction. The application spectrum extends to building and construction sealants, caulks, and performance flooring. With a solid physical form, Acronal® S 735 P ensures robust performance in demanding adhesive applications.

VISIOMER® Terra IBOMA is a bulky side-chain alkyl methacrylate monomer known for its exceptionally high glass transition temperature (Tg). It offers the advantage of lowering viscosity in polymers, enabling the formulation of high solids content. This monomer finds applications in various industries, including adhesives and sealants, coatings, and composites.

VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70 M is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It is supplied in 30% methyl methacrylate, which gives it a low viscosity and makes it easy to handle. This monomer provides superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. In direct-to-metal coatings, it enhances corrosion resistance and improves film strength. Visiomer® HEMA-P 70M can be used as a functional co-monomer in acrylic emulsions for coating resins, as well as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.
