BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

GP® CL-7003 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

Polyglass Coatings EP HiBuild Primer is a high solid, high build, twocomponent epoxy primer. EP HiBuild Primer is ideally suited for heavy industrial uses and/or waterproofing requirements.

THINPREG™ GF736 is a toughened epoxy adhesive film, with excellent tack and drape characteristics, supplied on a paper backer either in an unsupported format or with an embedded ultra-lightweight glass carrier to aid handling. GF736 offers many advantages for bonding composite laminates, either to other laminates, or to structural cores, including; consistent bond-line thickness and weight, high strain to failure, high toughness, handling convenience, controlled flow and a 6 week out-life at ambient temperature (18-22ºC/64-72ºF).

APCM DA 4082 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

A low viscosity, two component polyamide modified epoxy primer/sealer formulated with unique wetting agents to provide maximum penetration into concrete surfaces. PC-149 seals concrete surfaces from penetration of water and chemicals which cause concrete deterioration and spalling. Ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces for exterior or interior exposures. PC-149 is also used as a primer for epoxy and polyurethane top coats.

CPP™ Gel™ is a two-component, high strength, extremely forgiving/tolerant, vertical and overhead, non-sag. fast set epoxy paste, packaged in a convenient 1-to-1 mix ratio to use as needed and restock. The Epoxytec CPP Gel provides a point-of-use application to save time and material. The pigments chosen for the PanTINT 73 exhibit color strength, durability, chemical resistance and light fastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The epoxy carrier resin along with a proprietary additive package allow for high pigment solids and superior compatibility with a number of epoxy based systems. The 73 series’ will be compatible with a wide range of epoxy resin formulations for industrial, maintenance and architectural coating applications.

DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

SurePoxy Protective Coating WD is a two component, water thinned, VOC compliant, epoxy curing and sealing compound. It provides a protective coating resistant to abrasion, chemicals and has excellent resistance to chloride ion penetration, yet exhibits a high level of moisture vapor transmission when fully cured.

Armor Plate 990 All Purpose Epoxy Putty is a trowelable grade epoxy grout that is ideal for a variety of maintenance and construction projects.
