SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILRES® BS 17040 is a high-quality, water-thinnable silane emulsion that is solvent-free. It is specifically formulated to act as a water repellent for impregnating and priming alkaline mineral surfaces. Additionally, it can be used as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILRES® BS Creme C is an aqueous, solventless, creamy, silane-based water repellent. It is a high-quality specialty product designed for the hydrophobic impregnation of both normal and reinforced concrete. It is commonly used in applications related to concrete protection, construction materials, hydrophobic impregnation, and infrastructure.

ARCOR® EE-96 is a solvent-free, two-component rebuilding compound specifically formulated to provide high wear and abrasion resistance. It serves as an ideal rebuilding and repair material for metals that have been damaged by corrosion, erosion, abrasion, or cavitation. With its exceptional durability, ARCOR® EE-96 is particularly well-suited for high-wear flooring applications in aggressive wear and impact zones, offering a reliable non-skid surface. This non-sagging compound maintains its integrity up to 200 mils without shrinking during the curing process. It exhibits excellent adhesion to both metal and concrete surfaces, ensuring a robust bond. As a Novolac Epoxy, ARCOR® EE-96 demonstrates excellent resistance in a wide range of chemical environments and can withstand heat up to 450ºF. Choose ARCOR® EE-96 for a dependable rebuilding compound that provides exceptional wear resistance, protects against corrosion and erosion, and maintains structural integrity in demanding environments. Master Touch H8205 Series is a premium quality, rust inhibitive, alkyd metal primer that provides excellent corrosion resistance, wetting ability, flexibility, and adhesion on clean or tightly adhering rust and mill scale in normal service environments. Can be brushed, rolled, sprayed, or dipped on interior or exterior ferrous metal surfaces. Use with 80 series alkyd enamel topcoats. Not to be used as a universal primer/barrier coat underneath vinyl, epoxies, lacquers, or other strong solvent containing finishes. Tack free in about 3 or 4 hours.

TS200 is a 25% solids high performance proprietary formulation of 100% pure acrylic polymer resin in a <700 g/L VOC solvent base. It can be used as a curing agent for newly placed concrete or for sealing existing decorative concrete, pavers, or exposed aggregate. TS200 provides durable protection, superior color enhancement, and high gloss “wet look” appearance. It combats freeze/ thaw, restricts water and moisture, limits dirt buildup and stains, retards mold and mildew, blocks efflorescence, increases surface durability, and reduces scaling and spalling. The TS200 can also be used to mitigate dusting on most existing concrete surfaces. It is also UV resistant and nonyellowing. Solvent base allows for superior adhesion. TS200 has a clear appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have a “wet look” with high gloss finish when dry. Color tints are available in a selection of colors.

Classic satin medium gloss is a clear single component acrylic sealer that is designed to be used over all of our stains, polymer-modified cement toppings, waterborne colorants, masonry, concrete, pavers, natural stone and brick. Classic satin medium gloss sealer is a waterborne acrylic with low VOC, no fumes, low odors and high solids. May be used for interior or exterior applications in a wide range of climates.

Crafco RoadSaver 515 sealant is a hot-applied asphalt-based product used to seal and fill cracks and joints in asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements in moderate to cold climates. RoadSaver 515 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a highly adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and resists flow in the summer. RoadSaver 515 is used in highway, street, and airfield pavements and is applied to pavement cracks and joints using either pressure feed Melter applicators or pour pots. At application temperature, RoadSaver 515 is a free flowing, self-leveling product. The unique formulation of RoadSaver 515 reduces stress buildup during extension at low temperatures which improves long term performance. Сlassic Coating's Invisible Shield is a clear penetrating sealer & enhancer, single component low VOC, waterborne Sodium Methyl silicate sealer designed to be used over Classic Acid stains, pavers, concrete, stucco, granite, masonry, stone, brick, Spanish tile and some natural stone, provided the surface is properly prepared.

Epoplex® LS90 is a two-component, 100% solids polyurea coating designed as a fast setting highway marking coating that provides durability and abrasion resistance. Epoplex® LS90 is formulated to provide a simple volumetric mixing ratio of two volumes of Component A (amine) to one volume of Component B (isocyanate).

RoadSaver 534 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a resilient, adhesive, and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and resists flow and pick-up at summer temperatures. RoadSaver 534 is used in highway, street, airfield, and parking lot pavements and is applied to pavement cracks and joints using either pressure feed Melter applicators or pour pots. RoadSaver 534 is a free flowing, self-leveling product at application temperature and is specially formulated to cure and lose surface tack quickly following installation. RoadSaver 534 does not contain any reclaimed rubber or ground rubber scrap and is produced using 100% virgin polymer.

Quality Emulsions OptiSeal is a polymerized asphalt emulsion coating formulated for pavement preservation. It is made using carefully selected unique polymers and high-performing minerals to increase toughness, adhesion, and resistance to wear. It also has increased the aggregate amount to improve the skid-resistant texture for vehicle traffic.

Shurtape Technologies DP 380 is used for mounting banners, light signs, window blinds, emblems and nameplates.

Classic Quick Seal Wet Look is a clear, single component sealer that is designed to be used over all Classic Stains, polymer modified cement toppings, waterborne colorants, concrete, masonry, pavers, natural flagstone, and brick. Quick Seal is a waterborne acrylic with low VOC and high solids. May be used for interior or exterior applications in a wide range of climates.

AcrylaSeal is a cold applied, fuel resistant, high solids acrylic crack sealant. It is formulated to be fast setting and remain flexible over a wide range of temperatures. Recommended for asphalt and concrete surfaces.

PaveShield® is a polypetrol resin emulsion specifically formulated as a weather protective, water resistant coating for all asphalt surfaces.

TS202 is a 25% solids high performance proprietary formulation of non-yellowing pure acrylic polymer resin in a <100 g/L VOC water base. It can be used as a curing agent for newly placed concrete or for sealing existing decorative concrete, pavers, or exposed aggregate. TS202 provides durable protection, color enhancement, and low gloss “satin look” appearance. It combats freeze/ thaw, restricts water and moisture, limits dirt buildup and stains, retards mold and mildew, blocks efflorescence, increases surface durability, and reduces scaling and spalling. The TS202 can also be used to mitigate dusting on most existing concrete surfaces. It is also UV resistant and nonyellowing. It can also be used as a joint sand stabilizer for interlocking stone, pavers, and brick. It locks pavers in place, prevents erosion of joint sand, and reduces growth of weeds. TS202 has a milky white appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have a “satin look” with low gloss finish when dry.

Classic Matte Sealer is an acrylic, single component sealer that is designed to be used over all of our stains and on polymer-modified cement toppings, waterborne colorants, concrete, brick, masonry, pavers, Spanish tile, stucco, and natural stone. Be sure to properly prepare surfaces before applying.

Bonstone® Historic Restoration Mortar (HRM™) is a two-component, lime-based, latex modified mortar for the restoration of historic masonry structures.

Epoplex® LS65qs is a two component 100% solids multicomponent hybrid acrylated epoxy coating designed as a very fast setting highway marking coating offering excellent UV stability and abrasion resistance. Epoplex® LS65qs is formulated to provide a simple volumetric mixing ratio of two volumes of Component A to one volume of Component B.

Crafco RoadSaver 514 sealant is a hot-applied, asphalt based product used to seal cracks or joints in asphalt or Portland cement concrete pavements in cold climates. RoadSaver 514 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a resilient, adhesive and flexible compound that has a high degree of elongation at low temperatures while resisting flow during the summer. RoadSaver 514 can be used in highway, street and airfield pavements and is applied to pavement cracks or joints using either pressure feed melter applicators or pour pots. At application temperature, it is a free flowing, self-leveling product. RoadSaver 514 is produced for requirements of the Kansas Department of Transportation for crack sealant. RoadSaver 514 has been a quality Crafco product for over 20 years. Due to the softness of the product, RoadSaver 514 is not recommended for use as crack sealant in parking lots or other areas with high levels of foot traffic.

Classic Satin Armor 2K Aliphatic-Polyurethane Sealer is a clear, 2-part component, voc< 19/1 63% solids, waterborne, special blend sealer that is designed to be used over all of our stains, as well as polymer modified cementitious toppings, masonry, concrete and waterborne colorants. May be used for exterior & interior. Satin Armor 2k provides UV stability and will not yellow.

KARNAK 405 Bond-N-Shield is a 100% elastomeric acrylic, co-polymer emulsion, specifically designed as a base coating that will provide excellent adhesion to asphalt surfaces. The coating contains stain blockers that prevent asphalt bleed through thus producing a brighter white coating over these surfaces. Technological advances in the KARNAK laboratory also give this acrylic coating improved water blistering resistance in temporary ponding areas versus traditional acrylic coatings.

89 Sta-Tack Primer is a water-based polymer modified primer for self- adhering membranes. 89 Sta-Tack Primer penetrates pores and dries fast to provide a tacky surface.

Roadsaver Low-Tack is a single component, hot-applied petroleum-based product which is used to fill cracks in both asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements in moderate to hot climates. RoadSaver Low Tack is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a high stiffness, adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking at winter temperatures and is highly resistant to flow or pick-up at extreme summer temperatures. RoadSaver Low Tack can be used in highway, street, airfield and parking lot pavements. It can be applied to pavement cracks using either pressure feed Melter applicators or pour pots. At application temperature it is a free flowing, self-leveling product. RoadSaver Low Tack is specifically formulated to be a stiff, flow resistant, yet flexible product which is suited for use in areas subject to slow moving vehicle traffic where high resistance to pick-up or tracking is required.

102 Asphalt Primer is a material composed of selected asphalts and refined solvents. It has good resistance to temperature change, yet dries to a tough film. 102 Asphalt Primer provides a firm base and better adhesion for the application of asphalt coatings. 102 Asphalt Primer is not to be used as a roof coating.

Mortartec Cermaico™ is a next-generation, epoxy-modified mortar. A highly advanced, formulated epoxy blend incorporating cutting-edge waterborne epoxide technology with proprietary engineered curing; combined with a specific balance of Portland cement, hardened ceramics, graded silica aggregate, synthetic fibers and silica fume to produce one of the most coveted mortars in the industrial market today. This results in a smooth mortar application with one of the hardest mortar surfaces in the industry once cured. The Mortartec Ceramico is industrial-grade and exhibits excellent performance properties unlike any mortar technology before it, with incredible adhesive properties, enhanced barrier sealing capabilities assisting with minimizing out-gassing and moisture vapor transmission (MVT).

AQUAFIN® PRO-Tekt Flexcoat is a product of the latest technology in a component based on deep-penetrating cement for waterproofing sound structures, new or old, built of concrete or concrete block resist hydrostatic pressure without forming a barrier and allows steam to escape.

CHEM-POXY GROUT E999 is solvent-free 100% solids, moisture-insensitive three component, ultra-low creep, pumpable, high flow and non-shrink epoxy grout system. It is formulated to be highly flowable for clearances down to 13mm.

Asphalt Coatings Engineering Ace Seal HD is an asphalt product combining selected fillers and suitable additives with a 3% polymer-modified asphalt emulsion. It contains no coal tar and is, therefore, acceptable on school playgrounds and tennis courts as well as any off-highway asphalt surface.

Decoplast® Decolastic Top Coat is an elastomeric, acrylic-based, decorative coating that weatherproofs and bridges hairline cracks. Use it for protecting prepared vertical concrete, stucco, EIFS, masonry, or previously acrylic coated smooth/textured surfaces. Its smooth finish is sprayed or roller applied.

Iso-Flex® 608 Decorative Flooring is a high gloss, moisture insensitive, 100% solids, two-component, epoxy binder. It has high adhesive, tensile and compressive strengths and excellent resistance to abrasion, impact and mild chemicals. Iso-Flex 608 has been formulated to be user-friendly, with low odor, long working life and excellent application characteristics. Iso-Flex 608 Decorative Flooring System consists of three materials that are clear epoxy resin, colored acrylic, vinyl or quartz media and a clear lock coat of epoxy or polyurethane.

Safe-T-Grip® 1:1 and Safe-T-Grip 2-1 epoxy overlay systems are two-component, epoxy hybrid/amine-cured polymers designed for use with aggregate as a tough, durable, skid-resistant, high-friction bonded epoxy overlay. Both systems are formulated for use in bike and bus lanes or as a high-friction surface treatment (HFST).

MiraPatch RM 3000 is a single component, polymer-modified, pre-blended cementitious repair mortar fortified with micro-fiber reinforcement and shrinkage-compensating additives to achieve exceptional physical properties with very low drying shrinkage. Designed for horizontal and vertical applications, MiraPatch RM 3000 can be troweled-applied at a minimum depth 1/8” up to 1”. For repair depths 1” and greater, extend mortar with 3/8” clean coarse aggregate to produce MiraPatch RM 3000 concrete.
