WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a self-leveling, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. This product is flame retardant and meets the UL 94 V-0 standards.

ELASTOSIL N199 TRANSPARENT is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N199 Transparent exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates with high tear strength. It is a multipurpose adhesive and sealant for the electronics industry, with typical uses for CIPG- and FIPG-applications.

SEMICOSIL® 986/1K is a thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber known for its non-slump properties. It is a ready-to-use system, requiring no additional mixing. The silicone rubber is thixotropic in nature and exhibits a translucent appearance. SEMICOSIL® 986/1K possesses medium hardness and high flexibility, making it suitable as a low-stress adhesive. It offers primerless adhesion to various substrates. Furthermore, this silicone rubber undergoes rapid heat curing and features ultraviolet fluorescence properties.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 987 GR provides primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

SILRES® K is a solution of a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin in toluene. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® K is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® K has a very low carbon content and thus yields a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® K show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® K also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. It exhibits good adhesion to plastics and metals, along with elasticity and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of potential uses.

ELASTOSIL® SC 870 A/B is a two-part silicone rubber designed for creating a thixotropic, addition-curing foam. The foam structure consists primarily of closed cells. This product is particularly well-suited for use with automatic dispensing equipment during processing. Its exceptional rheology allows for the production of CIPG foam gaskets, even in complex 3D geometries.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

SILRES® H 44 is a powdered, condensation-curing phenyl silicone resin with excellent solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Due to its compatibility with organic resins, SILRES® H 44 can also be used to modify or partly replace phenolic resins in the respective compounds. Compared to other silicone resins, SILRES® H 44 cures relatively quickly at elevated temperatures. It is therefore particularly suitable for fully automated production lines.

SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC2 A/B is a thermal conductive gap filler silicone material used in heat sink applications for the electronics industry. It is a shear-thinning, easy-dispensing, non-slump, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature.
