ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W is a flowable, one-part, heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 773 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 773 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The compressible silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 140°C (284°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® A33 Ivory is a moisture-curing silicone rubber (RTV-1) that does not slump and cures at room temperature. It releases an organic amine during the vulcanization process. ELASTOSIL® A33 demonstrates excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates. This multipurpose grade is suitable for sealing and bonding applications, offering resistance to high temperatures and contact with oil.

ELASTOSIL® RT 702 White is a non-slump, one-part heat-curing silicone adhesive. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 210°C (410°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® E43 Black is a self-leveling, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates. In particular used as adhesive on cured silicone rubber.

SILRES® K is a solution of a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin in toluene. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® K is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® K has a very low carbon content and thus yields a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® K show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® K also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

ELASTOSIL® E43 Transparent is a self-leveling, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates. In particular, it is used as adhesive on cured silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. It is a multipurpose sealant and adhesive for the appliance, automotive, and electronics industries. Due to its shear-thinning nature, ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

ELASTOSIL® RT 702 is a one-part heat-curing silicone adhesive that exhibits non-slump properties. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 702 demonstrates excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, along with long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® A234 White is a flowable RTV-1 silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

This product serves as a low-thermal-stress sealing adhesive with a medium hardness. It offers high flexibility and demonstrates excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 402 is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is characterized by its antistatic properties, condensation-curing mechanism, and flowability. This silicone rubber is commonly used in applications such as elastomers for pad printing, where its unique properties are beneficial.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

ELASTOSIL® E70 is a flowable, one-component, acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It is a high-temperature-resistant grade for sealing and bonding applications under high thermal stress.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound is easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT and has good processing characteristics.

SILRES® MK Flakes is a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin with good solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® MK Flakes is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® MK Flakes has the lowest carbon content of all WACKER silicone resins and thus yields a very high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® MK Flakes show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® MK Flakes also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

ELASTOSIL® R 500/70 OH is a peroxide-cured high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for general-purpose applications. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

ELASTOSIL® E60 N Black is a flowable, one-part silicone rubber for potting and coating applications. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with excellent heat resistance. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® E60 N Black shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C without damage.

SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC2 A/B is a thermal conductive gap filler silicone material used in heat sink applications for the electronics industry. It is a shear-thinning, easy-dispensing, non-slump, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. This material is specifically designed to enhance heat dissipation and provide efficient thermal management in electronic devices. SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC2 A/B is ideal for filling gaps and ensuring effective heat transfer in heat sink applications.

SILRES® H 44 is a powdered, condensation-curing phenyl silicone resin with excellent solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Due to its compatibility with organic resins, SILRES® H 44 can also be used to modify or partly replace phenolic resins in the respective compounds. Compared to other silicone resins, SILRES® H 44 cures relatively quickly at elevated temperatures. It is therefore particularly suitable for fully automated production lines.

SEMICOSIL® 962 TC A/B is a gap filler paste material with excellent thermal conductivity. It is a two-part silicone rubber that is shear-thinning, easy to dispense, and non-slump. This addition-curing formulation cures at room temperature, resulting in a soft, flexible, and tacky rubber with outstanding thermal conductivity properties.

SEMICOSIL® 9672 TC is a thermally conductive gap filler silicone material designed for heat sink applications in the electronics industry. It is a shear-thinning, non-slump, two-part silicone gel that cures at room temperature to a soft gel with excellent thermal conductivity.

SEMICOSIL® 961 TC A/B is a shear-thinning, easy-dispensing, non-slump, two-part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. ELASTOSIL® R 501/75 OH is a peroxide-curing high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for the manufacture of flame retardant products. This product is recommended to be used in cable insulations for household, automotive, railway, marine, and aerospace applications where high flame retardancy is required.
