SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL™™ Resin WCP921 is a high-flow, flexible, non-reinforced injection-moldable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) with polyolefin. It contains non-halogenated flame retardant and has a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 6mm. This material is intended for evaluation in over-molding applications such as plugs, strain reliefs, and connectors and has a Shore A hardness reading of 88 as well as low specific gravity, very low water absorption, and dimensional stability. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 6mm. FLEX NORYL WCP761 resin is intended for evaluation in over-molding applications such as plugs, strain reliefs, and connectors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 78 and exhibits low specific gravity, very low water absorption, and dimensional stability.

This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 6mm. FLEX NORYL WCA955 resin is intended for evaluation in over-molding applications such as plugs, strain reliefs, and connectors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 84 and exhibits low specific gravity, very low water absorption, and dimensional stability.

CarbonResin™ FPU 50 is an impact, abrasion and fatigue resistant semi-rigid material that is a good choice for parts that must withstand repetitive stresses such as living hinges or friction fits. EPX 82 is a high-strength engineering material with excellent long-term durability and mechanical properties comparable to lightly glass-filled thermoplastics (e.g. 20% GF-PBT, 15% GF-Nylon). EPX 82 has a heat deflection temperature ranging from 104°C to 130°C (depending on conditioning) and the functional toughness required for a variety of automotive and industrial applications such as connectors, brackets, and housings.
