MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/578 is a polycarbonate-based polymer that is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. It has easy release (demolding) properties and is used in the electrical and electronic and automotive markets for applications such as domestic appliances, electrical components, and housing and automotive trim unpainted and various housings. For optimal performance, it should be stored in a dry place and protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO A75I 2GP0001 is a black Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer recyclate with bio-EPDM, which has good weathering resistance, resistance to alkalis, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is used for injection molded parts, extruded parts, and coextrusion and is suitable for applications such as seals, sealing lip, handles, racking/shelving, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, soft touch elements, cable ducts, casters, profiles, and 2K components. It has good adhesion with Polypropylene Homopolymer, Polypropylene Copolymer, polyethylene, Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, and Thermoplastic Elastomer general and has a service temperature range of -40-125°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/209 GF30 is a heat-stabilized, easy-release and easy-flow polyamide 6 reinforced with 30% glass fibers, designed for automotive, electrical and electronic, sport, and leisure applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Common applications include housings, handles, functional components, and injection-molded parts. This product should be stored in a cool, dark place, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D40I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) that is used in injection molding and is available in natural color and black. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, sport and leisure, and furniture applications and can be used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lip, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, bearings and sliding elements, thin walled parts, profile, cable ducts, 2K components, and casters. It has good adhesion to various polymers and has a service temperature range of -40-125°C. The polymer should be stored dry, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, and tightly sealed.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 1000/199 is a Polyamide 6 base polymer with fast solidifying, easy release (demolding), and easy flow properties. It is typically used in injection molded parts, electrical and electronic (E&E), and sports equipment applications such as housings, handles, and functional components. The recommended processing injection molding melt temperature is between 250-270°C, while the mold temperature should range between 40-80°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PA6 2015 14041 WT1063-16 is a polyamide 6 with 15% glass fibers and 8% special filler. It has a high reflectivity, opacity, and is equipped with a slip agent and heat stabilizer. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2025/109 GF25 is a heat-stabilized, fast-solidifying, and easy-release polyamide 6 with a 25% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding and the recommended pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.15%. The recommended melt temperature is 270-290°C and the recommended mold temperature is 80-100°C. Its market segment is Machinery, Automotive, electrical and electronic, and its typical applications are housings, functional components, and handles. It should be stored and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4230/540 MR20 GF10 FR is a polyamide 6 injection molding grade featuring a base polymer of polyamide 6, a 30% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system, flame retardant, heat stabilized, low warpage, and halogen-free flame retardant. This grade is suitable for use in the Automotive, electrical, and electronic markets, with typical applications including functional components, housings, lamp covers, electrical and electronic (E&E) components, exterior parts, and interior decoration/finishing. Injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/319 GF30 IM is a polyamide 6 with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It has easy release (demolding), elastomer modified, high toughness, heat stabilized, and processing stabilized properties, making it suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.
