Comco PEEK-ELS EC/Conductive offers excellent mechanical strength, high chemical and hydrolysis resistance as well as high radiation and steam resistance. The continuous operating temperature of PEEK is about 250°C. Thanks to its excellent thermal properties, PEEK is suitable for applications at very high temperatures. Its physical properties remain unaffected by the external environment. It is made of CNT (carbo-nano-tube) PEEK resin. It retains a constant conductivity level between 104 and 106 ohms.

Vertec™ 5020 is a bearing grade carbon fiber reinforced PEEK (polyetheretherketone) material. It offers higher modulus, mechanical strength and resistance to deformation under load than VERTEC 5010. Due to the presence of carbon fibers, thermal conductivity of this material is 3.5 times higher than VERTEC 5000 (unreinforced PEEK), thus it dissipates heat at a faster rate. It also gives stable and reliable ESD performance providing maximum protection from static charge build-up.
