KODAK ESTAR™ HS FILMS 127 is a premium polyester (PET) produced to maintain consistent dimensional stability (‹0.2%) at temperatures of 150°C -30 minutes (ASTM D.1204). It is manufactured with minimal surface contact. Our inline heat stabilization process results in a high quality, dimensionally stable, exceptionally uniform, flexible, optically clear and cost-effective material.

PowerFill™ is a nickel coated graphitized fiber bundle having a random irregular shape as seen below. The base material is composed of graphite fiber/graphitized resin bundles commonly known in industry as WonderFill. The base material is 99.999% pure graphite having a 1.76 g/cc material density. These fiber bundles are uniformly coated with a thin layer of nickel (nominally 60% by weight) to form a cost effective polymer additive suitable for EMI / RFI shielding applications and high thermal/electrical conductivity applications.
