Resicure® EMI-24
Functions:
Curing Agent
Chemical Family:
Amines
Compatible Polymers & Resins:
Epoxies (EP)
Features:
Chemical Resistance
Resicure® EMI-24 is commonly used as a sole curing agent or as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator in epoxy resin based formulations. Typical loading level as a sole curing agent is about 1-5 phr and as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator is about 0.5 – 3.0 phr. Resicure EMI-24 LV is a lower viscosity version of Resicure EMI-24.

Omnirad 379
CAS Number:
119344-86-4
Functions:
Curing Agent, Photoinitiator
Chemical Family:
Amines
Synonyms:
2-(4-Methylbenzyl)-2-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)-1-butanone, 2-(4-Methylbenzyl)-2-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)butan-1-one, 2-(Dimethylamino)-2-(4-methylbenzyl)-1-[(4-morpholin-4-yl)phenyl]-1-butanone, 2-(Dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)-1-butanone, 2-(Dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-[4-(4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-1-butanone, 2-Dimethylamino-2-(4-methylbenzyl)-1-(4-morpholin-4-ylphenyl)butane-1-one
Omnirad 379 is a highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated prepolymers in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 379 is especially suitable for pigmented UV-curable systems, photoresists and printing plates. Its excellent solubility (compared to Omnirad 369) makes it easy to incorporate into nearly all formulations.
IGM Resins
Omnirad 2100
Functions:
Curing Agent, Photoinitiator
Chemical Family:
Blends & Combinations
Compatible Polymers & Resins:
Polyesters, Acrylics
Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.
