4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. Cast-Coat Inc. CC3-208 Clear is a general purpose transparent epoxy coating which can be easily applied by brush, dip or spray. It offers high resistance to water and chemical attack. For continuous high heat or corrosive chemical exposure, Ancamine Z curing agent is recommended, but for most applications requiring room temperature cure, H-1 Hardener is ideal. Build up of 2 – 5 mils is typical for single applications. Multiple applications can be achieved without loss of adhesion between coats. CC3-208 contains solvents which evaporate during cure.

BONDiT™ B-755 is a unique low viscosity, two-part, high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-rigid cyclo-aliphatic epoxy resin system with good scratch and impact resistance. Suitable for clear coat, conformal coating and electrical potting applications. The B-755 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, fuels, solvents and detergents. B-755 produces very low extract products in soak tests and provides corrosion resistance.
