Super Shield™ Silver Coated Copper Epoxy Conductive Paint 843ER is a 2-part epoxy-based conductive paint, pigmented with highly conductive silvercoated copper flake. The cured paint is smooth and extremely hard. It is abrasion, scratch, and mar resistant. It adheres very strongly to plastics, including chemically resistant and low energy plastics, as well as metal, glass, ceramic and wood. 843ER is generally used to provide extremely durable EMI/RFI shielding for applications in harsh environments.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. Super Shield™ Silver Conductive Paint 842AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with an extremely conductive silver flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides superior high frequency shielding. It also provides strong corrosion resistance, and is suitable for use in marine environments. 842AR is designed to provide a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when the highest level of shielding is required. Also, its thin minimum layer height makes it suitable for board level applications.

It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. Premium Acrylic Conformal Coating 419E is a 1-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419E creates a robust moisture barrier that protects printed circuit boards in humid environments. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

Solvent-Free Conformal Coating ECC3011 is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible elastomer protective coating. ECC3011 conformal coating cures quickly in ambient conditions without the need for curing equipment, and can achieve faster tack-free time with exposure to mild heat. ECC3011 conformal coating can help reduce the potential for corrosion of electronic components, and under certain test conditions* has been found to surpass other polymers such as acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and other silicone polymers in corrosion prevention.
