WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B is a low-viscosity, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. This product undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in the formation of a highly flexible and very soft silicone gel. It boasts a rapid heat curing process, allowing for efficient production times. With its remarkably low hardness, WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B provides the desired silicone gel consistency. Additionally, this silicone rubber offers a crystal-clear appearance.

WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, this product ensures a convenient and precise blending process. It exhibits rapid curing properties and retains a low hardness.

WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. This product offers inherent tack and possesses excellent mechanical damping properties. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, WACKER SilGel® 613 exhibits rapid UV curing at room temperature while maintaining a long pot life.

UC-2521 is a filled, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The cured elastomer has excellent water resistance and is exceptionally resistant to thermal shock.

419D-P pen applies an acrylic coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It functions as both a solder resist and a conformal coating. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 10 minutes. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when corrosion resistance is a concern.

It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. It is also perfect for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metalfilled conductive paint would cause malfunction.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs traces on keyboards, game controllers or remote controls. It is also good for making small connections, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It is great for drawing resistors too, and it can be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. Use this pen when high conductivity is not required. 419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

ME-565 broadband electrically conductive isolation coating is a carbon-based paint in a proprietary water based acrylic resin system. It provides broadband RFID area isolation across all RFID frequencies in a thin, easy to apply format. Its durable abrasion resistant finish is stable in hot and cold environments. The product can be applied with a brush, roller or sprayed on. It has excellent UV and fire resistance. This product can be applied to various surfaces including but not limited to sheetrock, wood and metal. ME-565 acts as a ground plane which can be used as an undercoating in conjunction with our MF-500 Urethane MagRAM RF absorbing coating.

ECP 537 static dissipative high-temperature paint is a single component static dissipative silicone/acrylic coating that provides excellent anti-static protection in addition to its anti-corrosion properties. Continuous heat resistance is provided up to 3500C. Used in areas where ESD (electrostatic discharge) is to be avoided.
