HumiSeal® 1A27 LTX is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. It is specially formulated with reduced xylene and toluene concentration to be fully compliant with GB30981-2020*. HumiSeal® 1A27 LTX contains no free isocyanates.

Ultraseal Electroseal 40 Sealant is an impregnation sealant designed to seal leak paths in electrical/electronic components and cables. It is highly moisture resistant and has excellent flexibility to aid component installation and withstand vibrations in operation. In the cured state the sealant shows high resistance to industrial fluids such as motor oils and hydraulic fluids. Sealed components remain dimensionally unchanged. Benefits It offers all the process advantages of thermally cured sealant and impregnation process cycle times are typically 10 minutes.

Sealitt™ A-46 is a high performance, high and low temperature one-part thin coat sealant and architectural clear coat for metals such as copper, stainless steel, aluminum, glass, ceramics, composites and plastics. A typical single coating of 0.002” (5mm) thick provides excellent corrosion protection, with a pinhole free coating in a single 0.002” thick application. Cop- per test plates, after 6 months exposure to heavy winter rains showed no signs of corrosion or loss of architectural quality and no degredation from sun exposure.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1220H is a one-component silicone adhesive sealant for the bonding, fix-sealing, coating, and potting of electrical and electronic parts. Conventional de-alcohol silicone RTV rubbers have slow surface-curing and deep-curing properties, as well as unsatisfactory storage stability. The products in the 1220 series show remarkable improvements in all these properties. They dry and cure quickly at room temperature, they are resistant to corrosion, and they have excellent storage stability.

BONDiT™ B-536 is a two-part, very high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-flexible epoxy resin system. Especially designed for adhesive applications in bonding to a wide range of engineering plastics, including polyolefin and metals, glass, ceramic, composite and wood. Typical example of lapshear bond strength is 1100 PSI for PEEK-to-PEEK and PEEK-to-Steel substrates. B-536 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, and detergents. B-536 has high thermal stability and offers good corrosion resistance. The semi- flexible properties of B-536 permits assembly of materials with dissimilar thermal expansion and survive thermal cycling. Likewise mechanical vibration, shock and impact are easily absorbed by B-536 and protect surfaces and bonded assemblies.

Jyoti Ceramic Zircocem-5 is a zircon based, single component cement which is non-corrosive and is resistant to high temperatures, high thermal shocks and cures by internal chemical setting. Ideal for bonding, joining, sealing of glass to glass, glass to ceramic, glass to metals, ceramic to ceramic, and ceramic to metals (except aluminum). Since, its chemical setting time is indefinite, and final curing occurs anytime between 18 to 24 hours, itis ideal for thin film bonding and coating from 2 to 125 mil thickness.

3M™ Novec 2704 is a single component fluorinated polymer that has been diluted in 3M™ Novec™ 7200 Engineered Fluid, a segregated hydrofluoroether solvent, to produce a low viscosity, low surface tension coating solution. It dries to an ultrathin, transparent coating with excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, making it ideal for moisture and corrosion protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components. It does not require curing and is simple to apply. The Novec 2704 coating is nonflammable, non-ozone depleting, low in toxicity, low in GWP, RoHS compliant, and low in VOC. The coating contains a yelloworange dye that is built into the polymer and designed to fluoresce under UV light to aid in coating inspection and quality control.

Promosolv™ Coat UT10-UV is a transparent hydrophobic and oleophobic ultrathin coating designed to protect electronics and other surfaces from moisture, corrosion, and other environmental conditions that could compromise the device's or surface's reliability.
