CGSTAPE - 6458 is a glass cloth tape with a acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. This tape is used to electrically insulate and provide mechanical protection at temperatures to 150°C . This tape provides insulation and solvent- resistant protection for use as coil cover, anchor, banding and core, layer and crossover insulation.

111-27 is an electrically insulating coating and encapsulant suitable for application by spraying, dipping, syringe dispensing, pouring, and screen printing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional insulating materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing when used as a coating. Some applications for 111-27 include, but are not limited to, insulating polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, environmental and humidity protection of surface mount components, insulating and diffusive layers of LEDs, and membrane switches. 111-27 also protects components from moisture, salts, and abrasion and features a high surface hardness with good toughness which reduces the risk of stress-fracturing bonded components. 111-27 is suitable for UV inspection.Features High dielectric strength coating

EG7635 is a alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive rigid epoxy paste adhesive. While bonding at ambient temperature can be achieved overnight, elevated temperatures will accelerate curing, exponentially. EG7635 high thermal conductivity and high strength makes it excellent for bonding substrates, components and heat sinks where thermal management is critical. It has more than 15 years of proven records of providing bonding to difficult substrates. EG7635 exibits reduced bond strength at 80-100°C for easier rework.

TP7209 is a low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat-sink, component, and substrate. This unique diamond flled material has excellent thermal conductivity and is tacky at room temperature.

CGSTAPE - 5458 is a 2 mil polyester film backing with silicone adhesive. High performance, flexible, high temperature re-sistant polyester tape. Removes cleanly after use.

Staticide® 8695 Silicone Conformal Coating provides superior corrosion protection on flexible and ridged printed circuit boards. It is the perfect choice for high-temperature applications in high-humidity environments. Although not intended for outdoor use, this product provides protection against intermittent exposure to rain and salt on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This tough, transparent coating will not fragment, chip, or crack and provides exceptional acid resistance. Its maximum dielectric strength is 1100 volts/mil.

ME7155 is a reworkable, alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It exhibits not only outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper), but also exhibits high level of uniformity and consistency in appearance and smoothness of texture, yielding potential ease of use and success in applications. The high thermal conductivity of this material makes it useful for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. MEZ155 can be readily reworked at 80-1502.

EG7658 is a reworkable, aluminum nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (ie., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity and flexibility make it excellent for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. EG7658 can be reworked using temperatures higher than the cure temperature from 80-150°C to soften the bond line. Use a tool adequate to break the bond and remove. Clean any residue with a solvent which will not damage the parts.

CGSTAPE - 6558 is a glass cloth tape with a high-temperature thermosetting silicone adhesive. This tape shows excellent dielectric insulation properties and high heat resistant, widely used for electrical insulation for electrical equipment in the fields of petroleum drill- ing, such as motors.

ME7655-RC is a reworkable, alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (i.e. alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity of this material makes it useful for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. ME7655-RC can be cured at 150°C for 30 minutes without creating voids. It can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

XtraBond® HT is a one part, easy to use, non-slumping paste that cures to a silicone rubber when exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. This product is engineered to provide a durable, watertight bond when exposed to continuous temperatures ranging from -40° to 500°F on a continuous basis – while maintaining its integrity at up to 600°F for intermittent time periods. TP7155 is an aluminum oxide filled, medium bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive designed for bonding die, component, and substrate. It has good thermal conductivity. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it suitable for automated assembly. TP7155 is designed for bonding parts that may be operaung at 160 continuously. If excessive tensile stress is expected at temperature above 150°C, additional mechanical support may be considered.

This B-staged conductive adhesive offers excellent reworkabilty at 80-150°C. RTK7556 has high thermal conductivity and the low Tg adhesive imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing.

EG7655 is a reworkable, alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE'S (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). EG7655's high thermal conductivity and flexibility make it excellent for bonding large area substrates, components and heat sinks where thermal management is critical. EG7655 exhibits reduced bond strength at 80-100°C for easier rework. The cured adhesive is flexible with Type A hardness of 80 and tensile elongation of more than 30%.

EC-1850FT is a pourable filled epoxy resin system offering excellent heat transfer, high voltage insulation, low exotherm and minimum shrinkage. It is a lower viscosity version of EC-1850FT. It rapidly transfers heat, eliminates hot spot, and increases the operating efficiency of most encapsulated devices. Its low shrinkage minimizes risk of damage to fragile components.

APPLI-TEC 5336 Epoxy is a black, electrically isolating, thermally conductive epoxy designed specifically for staking and encapsulating electronics on circuit boards as well as potting and encapsulating power supplies, transformers, and coils. This material is ideal for applications requiring a thermally conductive epoxy with resistance to solvents and chemicals. 5336 is supplied in frozen syringes.

CHEMSET® EE5215 Epoxy Potting Compound – Black is a two component system which sets to give a tough, resilient, electrically insulating material. This potting compound, like the other products in our range, has extremely good electrical insulating properties. Once cured it exhibits an integral resilience with moderately low shrinkage.

CHEMSET® EE5103 Epoxy Potting Compounds is a Yellow filled resin system with excellent electrical properties developed for use where a fire-retardant potting compound was required for civil radar EHT units operating at up to 22,000 volts. It has excellent insulation, adhesion and water resistant properties due to the epoxy resin binder.

CHEMSET® EE5202 Thixotropic Epoxy Potting Compound a thixotropic version of CHEMSET® EE5201 designed to give controlled flow properties in the uncured state. Good fire resistance and electrical insulation properties. Long pot life/short cure time.
