ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber suitable for coating, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. POWERSIL® 577 Plus is a curable, one-component silicon-in-water emulsion that can be applied through spray application. Upon drying and curing, it forms a high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. This solvent-free product also creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive layers, minimizing electrical leakage current, and eliminating the risk of pollution flashovers.

Moreover, POWERSIL® 567 creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, effectively preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. Crestabond® M1-04SL Structural Adhesive is a toughened, two-component 10:1 acrylic adhesive designed for bonding composites, thermoplastics, and metals. This new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive meets the bonding requirements of most assembly operations, demonstrating excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength, and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts.

UC-2521 is a filled, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The cured elastomer has excellent water resistance and is exceptionally resistant to thermal shock.

BD5460 is a two-part, epoxy hybrid room temperature cure adhesive designed industrial bonding, small potting and laminating where excellent strength and toughness, structural bonding, and mechanical and electrical properties are required. This 2-part adhesive cures at room temperature, exhibits good wetting, and develops high strength, low shrink bonds to most materials including fiberglass, ceramics, metals and many plastics. It has great dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures. Fully cured bd5420 is a durable electrical insulator with resistance to water, weather, ozone and oxygen, various solvents, fuels, oils, alcohols, mild acids and alkalis and many other organic compounds including diesel fuel and gasoline. It is especially formulated for a 2:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 120 minutes with a full cure at room temperature within 24 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

419E is a 1-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419E creates a robust moisture barrier that protects printed circuit boards in humid environments. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Super Shield™ Silver Epoxy Conductive Paint 842ER is a 2-part silver epoxy conductive paint. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842ER is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

9200FR is a toughened, flame retardant, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through.

RTV5810 series sealants are neutral cure, one-component, ready-to-use silicone adhesive sealants that cure to tough resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These sealants are fast curing, paste consistency products that may be considered for use where quick initial adhesion build is desired. This may allow for movement of the sealed assemblies in a shorter period of time, increasing productivity.

The 1035 Premium RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a one-part, spreadable, non-corrosive, translucent paste. It is a fast curing and designed to provide quick initial adhesion build. The adhesive sealant retains elastomeric properties for long periods at temperatures from -60 to 204 °C (-76 to 399 °F). The 1035 is excellent for the sealing and bonding of electronic components onto printed circuit boards and protecting copper connections on electronic part assemblies. It also provides excellent weather proofing where power cords enter motors. It can be used as a gasket for leak resistant sealing and insulating.

9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. RTV102 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. RTV102, RTV103, RTV106, RTV108, RTV109, RTV112, RTV116 and RTV118 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. Since all these sealants utilize a moisture cure system, they must not be used in thicknesses of greater than 6mm (1/4 in.). Where section depths exceed 6mm (1/4 in.), Momentive Performance Materials one component, addition cure or two-component silicone rubber compounds are recommended.

POLYTHICK 5423A is a one-component type pressure-sensitive adhesive for polypropylene film. This product exhibits moderate adhesive strength and removability. It is applicable as an adhesive sealant for polypropylene bags (used in the packaging of products such as calculators, clocks and clothes) and envelopes.

SC-417 is a two-part, low viscosity, clear silicone which will cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. The cured elastomer is suited for electrical/electronic potting and encapsulating applications and provides environmental protection. It is readily pourable and can cure from room temperature to 200°C. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

Anchortech® UV Resistant Adhesive Sealant is a fast dry, paintable, UV resistant adhesive sealant provides excellent permanent adhesion to fiberglass, plastic, wood, teak, aluminum, steel, boat hardware and other substrates. Forms 100% waterproof seal. Stays flexible to withstand joint expansion and contraction caused by weather and temperature fluctuations. It won’t shrink, crack, yellow, crumble or break down. This product can be applied to wet surfaces and in low temperatures. It dries fast so it’s rain and paint ready in one hour. It guns out easily, tools smoothly, low in odor and VOC compliant. When cured, this product is mold and mildew resistant.

PAKCOOL® TPC-230 is 1:1 two-component liquid electronic potting material that can be solidified at room temperature or at elevated temperatures change. In addition to the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, this product also has a thermal expansion rate low and high insulation characteristics, which eliminates electrons more effectively. Destruction of components due to changes in operating temperature.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1530B is a highly thixotropic, single-component, solvent free elastic adhesive on the basis of a silyl-ended polymer which reacts rapidly upon exposure to moisture in the air and cures to form a toughened elastomer with time. Since there are no solvents or plastisizers contained in the adhesive it shows excellent non-staining characteristics against adherends when used as a sealant and is overpaintable. It provides excellent weather resistance, high adhesion strength to most substrates without the need for primer pre-treatment, and is environmentally friendly due to its low odor and non-isocyanate. In addition TB1530B can be used for sealing and potting applications for which conventional RTV rubbers have been used. However, as no low-molecular siloxanes are produced during curing it will not corrode metals or impair electrical contacts.

Sil-Flex SL RTV-7525 (Neutral) is a self-leveling one component, low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant and adhesive. When fully cured, this unique VOC compliant formula offers UV stability and tenacious adhesion. It is frequently used for coating electronic components and terminals or sealing pitch pockets and window seams. This product is specifically formulated to offer all weather performance to meet today's Green Building Standards.
