NP629 is a paper-phenolic high-pressure laminate and intended primarily for mechanical applications, but is suitable for electrical applications as well. The electrical properties are not quite as good as those of NP630. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Plenco® 08235 is a 15% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as a flame-retardant, medium-strength electrical grade. Customers have found this material useful for a broad range of applications such as capacitor cans, electrical enclosures, etc. It is available in bulk or extruded form, natural and black. Other colors available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 02535 is a general purpose, organic filled phenolic molding compound offering optimized cure characteristics and excellent electrical properties. UL recognized under component file E40654. 02535 is available in black. 02535 was qualified under military specification MIL-M-14 (superseded by ASTM D-5948) TYPE CFG and batches can, if requested and paid for, be tested for certification to the standard.

Plenco® 08122 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties, flame resistance and strength. Customers have found this material useful in such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. It is available in either bulk or extruded form and is currently available in natural. Other colors are available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 02369 is a general purpose, organic filled phenolic molding compound, formulated to minimize the generation of free ammonia for applications that are sensitive to such formation. Plenco® 02369 offers excellent physical and electrical strength properties. UL recognized under component file E40654. 02369 is available in black.

Voltoid® D-800 is a resin-bonded cellulose fiber composite material. The D-800 series of products are specially formulated to provide consistent electrical and mechanical performance under conditions of variable ambient humidity and/or moisture. D-800 is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories for continuous use as an electrical and mechanical barrier to 105˚C. It is easily fabricated by being punched and blanked.
