This high heat extrusion grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of v0 at 6mm and V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C outdoor weatherability rating of F1. NORYL™ EN265 resin exhibits excellent impact strength, very low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, and great machinability. NORYL™ EN265 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of indoor and outdoor electrical applications including trunking and conduit. This medium flow resin features UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR agents with excellent processability and improved release performance. Lexan EXL5689 resin offers much improved impact strength and ductility over conventional GF reinforced PC resins. RALUPOL® UP 4806 molding compounds are characterized by excellent dimensional stability with very low processing and post-shrinkage. Due to their high rigidity and excellent heat resistance, RALUPOL® products withstand short-term heat loads. They have excellent electrical insulation and dielectric properties, which are retained even with long-term use at high temperatures. The reason for this is high tracking resistance (CTI> 600 V), arc resistance, glow wire test (GWFI 960 ° C) and a high electrical RTI (relative temperature index) of 170 ° C according to UL 746 (IEC 60216 / T1).
