Thermoplastic Polyurethane (unspecified)
Processing Methods:
Extrusion, Injection Molding
End Uses:
Body Implants, Catheters, Medical Devices, Fluid Handling, Connectors, Orthotics, Tubing, Prosthetics
Density:
1190.0 - 1190.0 kg/m³
Flexural Modulus:
768.94 - 768.94 MPa
Strain at Break:
241.78 - 241.78 %
MD Graphene Neo TPU Pellets are made up of Graphene Nanofiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Polyurethane which creates a nanostructure or skeleton that increases the density of the material. It is a low-temperature flexible thermoplastic, very soft, and impact-resisting material.
Carbon Inc.
CarbonResin™ FPU 50
Polymer Name:
Polyurethane (unspecified)
Processing Methods:
3D Printing, Digital Light Synthesis
End Uses:
Camera Applications, Strain Reliefs, Connectors
Density:
1053.0 - 1053.0 kg/m³
CarbonResin™ FPU 50 is an impact, abrasion and fatigue resistant semi-rigid material that is a good choice for parts that must withstand repetitive stresses such as living hinges or friction fits. EPX 82 is a high-strength engineering material with excellent long-term durability and mechanical properties comparable to lightly glass-filled thermoplastics (e.g. 20% GF-PBT, 15% GF-Nylon). EPX 82 has a heat deflection temperature ranging from 104°C to 130°C (depending on conditioning) and the functional toughness required for a variety of automotive and industrial applications such as connectors, brackets, and housings.
