Added features of this grade include: Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant, Good Flow, High Impact, Improved Chemical Resistance, UV Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL1213T is a transparent injection molding grade based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. This grade offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics, excellent processability and good chemical resistance. It is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310R is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. The material is opaque and can be custom colored.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

The material is RoHS compliant. Added features of this grade include: High Modulus, Good Surface, Low Warpage, Good Ductility, Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant. Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) Polycarbonate content up to 35%.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ D351 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: High Modulus, Low Warpage, Good Ductility, Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

LNP THERMOCOMP DF002 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 10% glass fiber.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX830 resin is a 30% glass fiber reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade has high stiffness (flexural modulus 8200 MPa), excellent chemical resistance, and high heat resistance. NORYL GTX830 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including automotive under the bonnet applications and water meter housings. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX678 resin is a conductive, high performance non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic and powder coat painting, and it is UL 5VA rated with a non-brominated, non-chlorinated FR package. NORYL GTX678 resin exhibits an excellent balance of conductivity, high heat resistance, good ductility, and is heat stabilized. This material is an excellent candidate for non-automotive painted applications such as office furniture, PVC/metal replacement, lighting ballast housings / enclosures, and appliance exteriors. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP FARADEX NX07344 compound is based on Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing stainless steel fiber and glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: EMI/RFI shielding, Electrically Conductive, Non-Brominated and Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN1 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for appliance internals, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors.

LNP LUBRICOMP EFL36 compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N1050 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade was designed for improved dimensional stability and flow. This grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with impact strength, very low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and good electrical properties. NORYL™ N1050 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications requiring electrically insulating properties, low moisture absorption and low warpage.
