WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B is a low-viscosity, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. This product undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in the formation of a highly flexible and very soft silicone gel. SEMICOSIL® HMDSO-EL is a high-purity hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) known for its exceptional purity, low metal content, and low chloride content. This product has been specifically developed to cater to the needs of the semiconductor industry. It finds applications in various processes such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and spin-on dielectrics (SOD).

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/20 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3856/30 A/B is a high-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3856 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/60 MH is a one-component, high-consistency silicone rubber used for manufacturing molded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-cure rubber display high transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber offers excellent mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. ELASTOSIL® N 2010 is a self-leveling, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It is a ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 (room temperature vulcanizing, 1-component) silicone rubber suitable for many applications. It exhibits good adhesion to plastics and metals, along with elasticity and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of potential uses.

HDK® H17 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H17 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

SEMICOSIL® 9882 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber adhesive that exhibits thixotropic properties and cures at moderate temperatures. LUMISIL® LR 7601/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The vulcanizates obtained from this material are known for their exceptionally high optical transparency, as well as their outstanding mechanical and electrical properties.

POWERSIL® 310 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing.
