LUMISIL® LR 7601/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The vulcanizates obtained from this material are known for their exceptionally high optical transparency, as well as their outstanding mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3856/30 A/B is a high-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3856 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B is a low-viscosity, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. This product undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in the formation of a highly flexible and very soft silicone gel. It boasts a rapid heat curing process, allowing for efficient production times. With its remarkably low hardness, WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B provides the desired silicone gel consistency. It is particularly suitable for extruded parts that are cured in the air.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. It is a multipurpose sealant and adhesive for the appliance, automotive, and electronics industries. Due to its shear-thinning nature, ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/60 MH is a one-component, high-consistency silicone rubber used for manufacturing molded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-cure rubber display high transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber offers excellent mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.
